Dude, they are the same character. I could see if you said comparing Dafoe's Goblin to Heath's Joker wouldn't be fair to compare, but this is the same character, so it is completely fair to compare them both.

No, they aren't.

Jack's performance....creepy? 😂

Heath Ledger's Joker was creepy, Darth Vader was creepy, Michael Myers & Jason Vorhees were both creepy, but Jack's Joker was not.

He was creepy to me. And you do realize he was listed as one of the top 50 movie villains ever on a few ranking lists for the role. So yea now in today's day and age he might not be considered creepy but back then he was considered evil, funny and scary by younger people. I saw Batman 1989 as a youngster and he scared me.

I never found him creepy, even when I was little.

As a kid, I found Jack's Joker pretty scary, but now? No way...

Exactly. I think he's a good portion of the reason I'm scared of clowns. I developed that fear before I even read of heard of Stephen King's It but I was exposed to Batman at a very young age and I actually remember some things that haunted me about the Joker were the pen is mighter than the sword scene (for some reason that stuck with me for years. I forgot about it till I randomly watched Batman 1989 again when I was a teen) and the ending scene where he was lying smashed into the ground and that creepy thing was laughing scared the crap out of me as a kid. O and definitely the Smilex commercials and the newslady dying. O and also the scene where he smashes the mirror creeped me out especially how he went from weeping to laughing and then got up and smashed that light bulb and cackled maniacally as he walked up the stairs really strangely.

Jack's Joker was never scary to me. He was always funny and evil, but never creepy. Heath's Joker is borderline psychotic and he somewhat creeped me out. Had I been younger, he'd have made me truly scared. But the Joker in general is the reason I've never been afraid of clowns.
