Surfer can create any type of substance. He has the power cosmic. Radion kills gods and ideas. Ds is a god that Surfer can kill with radion.

Notice you were actually able to use the name Radion to describe the weakness of the New Gods, but when it came to Thanos you had to say "whatever radiation Drax gives off". The reason for this is because we don't actually KNOW what enabled Drax to do what he did. We don't know that it was the result of radiation because it was never expressly said. It could have been the energy and that energy could have been a form of radiation, or it could have been something else completely and that "energy" was just a visual effect of whatever was happening, or it could have been something that's completely beyond the conceptual boundaries of the human mind, we just don't know. The complete lack of information about what was going on makes it impossible to debate without massive amounts of speculation right out of the gate.

Silver Surfer can create radion out of his ass but can't create this visible energy because we don't know what it is.

Truly the epitome of debating in the golden age of KMC.

Drax was empowered to be a vulnerability to Thanos, who was powered up by Thanos’ grandfather Kronos. That’s a little different and it isn’t radiation it’s his bio signature that weakens Thanos which no other character on that level has been seen to do.

Current Surfer has the Twilight Sword now.
