I see Cap as a harden solider who likes to take it to his opponents, head on. And he has been in a lot of battles. Slade's cis is different form Steve's, though. And Cap is not superhuman, Slade is a low level superhuman. And Slade will not think twice about killing Steve. Cap is up against a foe who's mind work faster than his, most likely the better solider/tactical thinker out of the two. And overall just better. Cap can't just out last him. Slade's HF is better, he's more vicious and calculating. He can use that shield of Cap's maybe just as well against him. Slade's weapons overall are just better. I feel Slade is more stronger, faster, and better HF. Their stamina may not be far off from each other neither. Slade has been on the run without food or water for days. And still operate at his best. Taken on the New Titans, Hawkman, Bronze Tiger, Dead Shot, and some members of the JLA. Slade 7/10.

Havnet you been listening? For starters marvel universe states that peak human running speed is 35 mph. Cap has stated that he can run just under 60 mph and has outrun bullets. I could give you a massive list but lets just start with that.
With that said, I still don't see how the scans show that CA had without a doubt outran bullets. I have arguments against them that shows that this is speculation at best.

Everyone has high feats that are beyond their norm. Spiderman has lifted more than 30 tons more times than CA has ran 60 mph and more times than CA had supposedly outran bullets, yet it is understood that his strength is roughly 15tons.With that said, I still don't see how the scans show that CA had without a doubt outran bullets. Slade also has feats above his norm too. Cap doing 60 mph isn't really that much of a stretch since he's never been clocked especially under those circumstances, plus he has made superhuman characters like Beast amazed and Quicksilver even was impressed by his speed.

I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm just saying everyone has feats above their norm. So should that make a character always perform at those levels? If so, then Spider-man is clearly >>>class 50.

Cap does because he is a super-man. Just like you think Slade does because he is a meta. LOL regular people have survived bullets to the head but they don't heal up in 12 freaking minutes and go out to battle again....LOL. Prove that there's circumstances other then your own opinion.Heck Cap's strength has been described Preternatural do you even know that that means? Wait so Cap being called a Super-Man doesn't count but Slade being called a Meta......counts. Seriously you shot yourself in the foot on that one.
who called Steve a super-man? Like I said before Slade and Batman have been called things like "unbeatable" of "they always win" etc. You can't quantify someone calling Cap a super-man one time into meaning that he is a meta and should be categorized as a superhuman. Don't you guys ever stop to think that there is a good reason why he is not categorized "low meta"?
Why don't you just give me the title/issue number of this "super-man" thing so I can sort this out for you, how bout it, pal?
You know the scan says nothing about a bullet to the head, right? It says deep shock made his system shut down, and appear braindead, but he fought back "by pure force of will" A nod to patriotism no doubt, but a showing of an advanced healing factor? The scan itself mentions no such thing.
Pretenatural is not natural. His strength is certainly not natural. He's juiced.
