Of course it doesn't make sense its a comic book. But it's a incredible speed feat for Cap to use and hard to match by Batman.
Batgirl dodging of bullets don't make sense either or DD dodging a sniper bullet inches away from his face don't make sense either.
Oh well.

You are over analysing the feat. The writers intention was that the three bullets were fired more or less at the same time. In the real world by the time the third bullet had fired the first and second bullets would have reached their target but thats not what happened in the comic. Shit like that happens all the time. Hell we could argue that certain feats don't make sense because we see people talking while bullets are being fired, this means the bullets must be travelling slower because they had time to talk.

But to pull off that feat Cap did you would have to exceed the speed of sound several times over.
No probably anything under 400 miles per hour.

I keep forgetting in comic land anything is possible.
Well im not sure what you mean, but analysing a feat like that to that degree is absurd.
Did you also notice that Red Skull was carrying a six shooter but fired more than six bullets, thats impossible as well.
Sure there has to be some sort of logic but shit like that happens all the time.

I see only six shots. Three at Cap while he was sliding you see two sparks(indicating bullets) on the ground and the third exploded the vase. And you see three sparks at Ryker.... which Cap blocked them all and got there before the bullets did. Which if you look at the gun closely you see its a revolver....... which only holds six.

Yeah I know I failed. Its quite embarrasing actually, lets just forget that just happened. 😮

I don't think it was the intention of the writer to have CA actually run faster than bullets. He just wanted to show CA being quick to save someone NEAR (but before) the moment Red Skull fires. He just error-ed twice in trying to show it that's all.
If we take the feat at face value then we have to say that the bullets were not fast at all. This is because Skull fired 3 already. One can't fire a second bullet before the first hits from 10-20ft away. Thus the bullets were slower than normal bullets. Or Skull missed the first 3 and CA blocked the latter 3.
If we don't take the feat at face value and go by writer's intentions then we have to say that CA actually ran before the fire. This is actually the writers intention since he didn't mean to have CA run faster than bullets.

How did you come to that conclusion. Its his comicbook and they are trying to show him off and we saw him running after the bullets.

Its a comicbook people talk while dodging bullets are they talking at supersonic speeds?
