I'm guessing that Vera-Kin is not at 35 hits... did we have any extra time to heal between the first skirmish and this? Vera was at 20 hits by the time of the first skirmish.
And with Block, can we say that we're not using it but still have it in?
Anyway, Vera-Kin will charge down the Cultists as they march the Aluran positions, intending to halt their assault and draw their attention to her and the other Jedi. She runs with all due speed before kicking off of the ground and performing a spin at the height of the Cultists' midriffs and slashes through two of them with her lightsaber.
Incoming! Just the two of you I am afraid though; I'll give Jovan a turn in hand.
You win intiiative on teh first turn automatically to simulate the opening part of your assault and save us worrying about suicide charing into enemy fire; we assume it was prepared. It's not an ambush turn though so they do fight back. I also asusme Vera is not using Block right now.
Vera charges in and rolls... well, I only roleld six dice so far and she had five succesees. Youn only needede four for the double kill (now * weapons kill mooks on two successes, remember) and she performs precisely as planned!
Just the one kill for Kiu, though the target is 'exceedingly' dead, frankly.
Vera takes 5 damage, but despite more attackers, Kiu only takes 3. Them's the breaks! Balanced Guard pays off handsomely in mook absorbtion these days.
The unattacked cultist group has moved behind you guys to fire at one of you next turn...

Vera-Kin will keep up her attack on the group of Cultists she has come at, but she does not ignore the other shooters moving to flank her and the other Jedi.
If the flanking group goes for Vera-Kin, she is going to tap Balanced Guard and swap it for Orthodox Guard.
If not, she just keeps going, flipping over the head of one Cultist to drive her lightsaber through his back, then withdrawing it and slashing through the knees of a second.

Recap- Vera avoided harm with her tap, Kiu less so. My comment to Kiu is that you should perhaps prepare 'if this happens, then do this' actions even on a simple mook killing exercise.

euhm, he runs to them with his legs? 😛
So if they shoot at me, I'll defend with my lightsabre obviously... perhaps there are rocks or trees that can help with cover or something?
If the cultists go easily down, I'll attack some that haven't gotten hit yet, if they are more difficult I'll help out Vera-Kin.

Oh, good to know that Jovan doesn't run on his hands! 😛
With her initial group more or less decimated, Vera-Kin decides to tackle the flanking group. She flips away from the last Cultist in that first group that she attacked and lands amongst the flanking one, swiping her lightsaber through a pair of them.
Kiu, I'm going to advise making a defensive tap! Remember to swap.
