USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE IV (RENEGADES)- Battlefield

Started by Ushgarak224 pages

Initiative goes back to you! And with Vlad downing two and damaging two more, and Denz and Kiu dropping one each (Kiu overkilling by massve proportion, so feel free to envisage the most total kill of a STAP you ever imagined), the handful remaining flee- victory!

The Feds attack!

On the far left, after Jedi intervention, the Feds roll poorly and their attack is a disaster; they have heavy casualties and have to pull back!

They do not roll well on the Near Left either, buit the resulting firefight leaves your lines looking dangerously thin; their tank support is telling.

The Federation troops in the centre support the attack on yuor salient in the near right.

So now we move onto that salient, which is being attacked from three directions with a combined strength of 290 versus 110. Thaty is a hopeless battle and your forces there are annihilated. They should have been withdrawn from that deathtrap sooner!

Finally, a firefight between the Federation troops in the Aluran lines on the far right, and your troops in your lines on the near right, ends in a firefight which finishes your SWAT but wipes a couple of their droids as well.

Your move.

Ok so should I take another medical brake?

This turn we are not going to take any offensive action, so all Jedi will rest further.

Well done over there, Jedi! Far Left is going to stay where it is; no need to chase the Feds.

Both Selenian Infantry units in the Center frontline are going to move over to Near Left frontline. The Dorgonath Assault unit there is going to move back into Center reserves. The Selenian Reserves and Kaldan Beastmasters at Center reserve will move to Near Right reserve.

Everyone from the Near Right frontline is going to move into the Center frontline. Near Right reserve stays where it is.

Made some changes.

Done! The Feds re-align as well, giving you another turn of rest and leaving the battle looking like this...

They are moving to surround and finish you! Time for a plan...

Sorry! Your original orders have already been processed. That's war for you!

Meanwhile, the battle has gone on past ten turns, which means it has gone on for over five hours. Medical supplies have run out! From the tenth furn on, yuo guys no longer get the +5 free healing for resting.

Xeth may get a tad flustered at this point, frustrated with himself for having issued one set of orders before he was truly set in his objectives.

"Any sign of movement from the Control Ship?" Xeth asks.

Health is as follows...

Vlad: 15
Denzral: 31
Kiu: 33
Vera: 13
Jovan: 29

I am trying to decide where we should help. Let me know if you want to go in and if you have anyway ideas. Otherwise, rest is needed.

Also, Ush, can Medicine values be stacked to heal one person?

Long term we should try and lure them into the forest so that their armor is less useful.

Center frontline is about to be decimated at 300 to 120. Putting us there wouldn't do much good other than prolong its existence.

Vera wants to go in either Far Left or Near Left, so long as she doesn't go alone. Vlad, are you down? I think everyone else should rest.

I'm still only at 29?? Damn

No, Medicine cannot be stacked.

It is your turn to attack, so they cannot double up on you.

Oh, thank goodness you reminded me!

Far Left is going to attack and Center is going to attack, but the Near Left I want to hold. A brief respite from trying to go up against tanks is welcome. Center frontline is going to push ahead into the armorless Fed frontline. Center reserve is going to move over to Near Right reserve.

So Center or Far Left, Vera? Either side has the advantage tipped back in our favor.

Also, I want to ask about something. If I moved a Mounted Riflemen unit from Near Left to Center, would it be active for battle immediately due to being Fast? If that's the case, I wanted to do this:

- Move units currently in Center reserve to Near Right reserve, as previously stated
- Move Light Artillery from Center frontline to Center reserve
- Move Mounted Riflemen from Near Left frontline to Center frontline
- Move Selenian Reserve from Near Left reserve to Near Left frontline

If your plan above works, we'll be in the green in the Center. Might be a good idea to force one of those squares to retreat or trash their units, so Vera wants to go to the Center frontline to attack the Feds.

Of course, she still doesn't want to do it alone!

Yes, the Mounted Riflemen can move over and take part immediately.

Vlad will definately go with Vera be it either far left or centre, I'm favoring centre right now though.

Same! If we can push back the Feds the Center won't get in so much trouble.

Excellent planning. Even if you don't manage to knock them back, hopefully you'll take out some of their units there so that when they double-team the Center (which I know they will) we won't be in as much trouble.

Ok, so those two definitely going in centre, yes?

I believe so.

Is there some sort of trench cover or something?
