USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE IV (RENEGADES)- Battlefield

I think a smart choice would be to attack from the middle and pressure them/move them back.

Ok... then we don't engage them. We could still use um intuition.

Honestly I'm kind of confused... an answer isn't clear. Uhm, can Denzral get a clue of the best direction from his intuition?

'Intuition' is never used consciously.

But if you want to use the Force to try and sense out where the droids are in the general area- well, the Union cannot block that. It's a Force roll.

Vlad- sounds good. So who is going where?

Uhm... lets see, the game is longer than this one battle... uhm not sure how many FP's I have left after the BV tangle. Think I'll stick with Kiu's plan for now.

I'll use the force roll.

Great because I don't have mant left, at the moment.

Sense roll is free, luckily. You can Sense as much as you like.

Well, you are getting a vibe, Kiu! It's actually from a habit droids have- they are disturbing/stressing the local wildlife; you can feel their distress.

Any chance of pinpointing it?

If it's free can Denz try and get a better fix? Sense roll, fire away.

R4 twittles a beeps, then decides to plug into the starports computer systems, the droid wants to know whats going on so that he can update Denzral. Or find out if there is news on any deaths.

The starport is not linbked into the military network. That's all based from the command table, but none of you have stayed behind there.

A more precise Sense is difficult, but now you are in the general area t's just an Observation roll- who wants to make it?

R4 just wants to find out about whatever the starports computer knows.

***

Denzral will do the observation provided the Force points won'tbe affected.

It doesn't know much other than that all traffic has been locked down.

And no, it is just a skill check.

Ok... cool. Can R4 do anything useful

Not in searching a forest, no.

Well, you don't know if this is the whole lot of them, Denz- but you've certainly found an enemy unit, and not just a patrol of battle droids. We have here 25 of their experimental 'super' battle droids (as seen from AOTC onwards in the films)- and two droidekas! You are on a rise, so far unobserved, looking down on them carving a path through the forest.

"The Destroyers should be our first target, then, we cut through the rest. I say I take them before they unroll with a sabre throw, then you come around from the front while they are concentrating on me and take them out. Of we could Force Push them into the ground." He chuckled.

Exactly how much cover will the forest offer if we move in? And how discretly can we do it, baring in mind these are droids. And can R4 help anyone?

(Actually, it'd probably be wiser to kill the battle droids first. The droidekas probably have a higher dice rating than the super droids, but they are limited to the dice that the super droids have if they fire with them.)

(Try to take advantage of your terrain. I don't know if Kiu or Denzral are very sneaky, but I like your plan of hitting them from two directions, Denzral. Also, this is a forest... you could try cutting down a tree and having it fall on the droids.)

(R4 probably isn't too relevant to the current situations.)

(And the only time you spend Force points are on the powers that require them. You should have 6 points left at your disposal.)

(And I guess I'm waiting on Jovan or Vera-Kin to make that Intimidation 'Follow our orders or things will suck!' roll.)

The forest will offer a certain amount of aid in getting to the droids- depending on Intrusion rolls- but none in the fight itself as they are in slightly more open ground.

Well, element of surprise always helps. Just remember to play it smart, Kiu and Denzral. Denzral has Reflection which can be useful for taking down extra goons (and if tapped can take down a whole lot of goons, potentially). You both have blasters, so if at any point you need to retreat to cover and finish off the droids (though obviously that won't work with the destroyer droids). Just make sure you don't die and use Force points if you need to.
