First of all because even if it knew, you wouldn't understand the droid trying to tell you.

Secondly because it doesn't know; it has tried its best and now you have no way of knowing of they are fooled or not.

but can't I see the cultist moving away or something?

Well, that means going out looking for them again amongst the streets. And lacking Intrusion, if they've not been distracted that will likely mean running into them!

so I need a safe way to find out if they are going away... can the droid do a scan for lifeforms like R2 did in ESB?

Not in a way you'd understand.

There is no safe way; ity is a gamble on the droid's success.

so basicly I'm screwed ... so should I take the risk?

Well, I cannot answer that one...

Jovan, you should go for it. If the droid was unsuccessful you will have to fight the Cultists anyways because they may have detected the droid trying to mess with them.

Vera-Kin leaps down, igniting her lightsaber as she does so. She lands atop the debris she had dropped to crush the Cultists in her ambush, then leaps from it and spins through the air. Her lightsaber passes through a Cultist's torso and cleanly cuts him in half, and she lands again before performing another spinning blow that cleaves through a second Cultist's thighs, removing his legs and taking him out of the fight.

With two opponents removed, Vera-Kin turns on the defensive, using her agile fighting style to avoid the shots rather than deflect them, though she does so if the lasers come too close. She strafes one particular burst then runs forward and flips over a Cultist, her lightsaber catching his torso as she does.

Btw, Denz, as you keep asking about your droid getting you an overvieew and I say you need access to trhe command table- it is always an option for any of you to head bacxk to the command centre and get a feel for the war as a whole frm there.

No, they are faster than you so that's pretty much that covered.
