It's a reference from this game (which is an amazing game). Every so often during fights Farah would accidentally shoot you and the Prince would snark at her about it...it was funny.
Azarl blocks the Doorman's attempt to shoot him.

Azarl allows his hatred to flow. He moves in on the Deputy, causing him to backpedal and activate the sensors of the swinging door of the saloon. He uses Combat Push to knock him backwards and allows the swinging door to pin him against the wall and then thrusts his lightsaber through the door and the Doorman.

Rand advances through the thugs, deflecting a shot from one thug into another and then stabbing the first through the heart, then performs a simple lobotomy of the last before standing before the repulsive Deputy.
"We're taking over this town," Rand says, smiling confidently.
Rand nominates the Ugly Deputy with Focussed Guard and taps Reflection, intending to catch the Deputy's frantic shot with his lightsaber and reflect it back into his chest.
Swap Reflection out for Orthodox Guard, have Focussed Guard in but inactive.

Then, instead of lashing out with his lightsaber, Rand simply extends a hand and clenches it tightly into a fist, using Grip to cut off the Ugly Deputy's airway and crush his throat slowly and painfully.

Annoyed, Galder simply tries to bisect the Giant Alien's maxi-gun as the larger opponent tries to bash him with the butt of the gun. Galder briefly envisions Chion to increase his feelings of anger.
"Is that all you've got?!" Galder snarls as his green lightsaber passes through the weapon.
