The fight begins!
Relle neatly blasts down a flier; it spins out of control, leaving a smoke trail, and impacts into the valley area behind you. Tanic blows down another just afterwards- Gunslinger is not a conflict actually, Rex. I also assume that is what Tanic meant as a target but I would like him to be much more clear.
Many of you move in. I don't see any reason why Dak gets an attack. Btw, the droids are well-spread; nowhere are there more than two next to each other.
Rand and Azarl are starting to hurl giant rocks at one of the big boys! They make Force rolls to sense their target. Armoured foes are not easily destroy with rocks though; the efffective base damage is 2. The attack rolls are not stellar either; two and one successes respectively, for seven damage. Sharp rocks are flying across the battlefield!
Con dashes forwards, firing like crazy at the fliers as theoy soar overhead. He destroys 2, damages a third, and completely misses the other. Con then rapidly draws his sabre in time to start warding off heavy enemy fire as he dashes into cover!
Bad guys act next.
The fliers sweep forwards and fire at those in the Eastern third. Rand and Azarl's cover keeps them safe (close call with Azarl though), as does Relle's Eye pf tjhe Storm, but Tanic is hit. Not too well armed these guys, though.
Twenty battle droids are confronted with six targets. Three attacks onneach,. bonus atttacks on Con and Xavier (sorry newjak, that's what the dice say...). Their guns hit hard but don;t have the increased dice pool that the SUpers get, so only a base pool of five, and those of you using Co-ordination needs 6s to be hit.
Co-ordination serves you very well! Dak gets the worst of it, whilst Con's good use of Ward combined with cover keeps him very much in the game.
Then the giant droids fire. twelve missile launchers at first try to pick off cover, destroying the covers of Con, Rand, Tanic, Relle and Azarl. Explosions go off all over, and razor sharp rock is raining down all around!
That leaves two rockets to fire, which go for Rianna and Galder. With Co-orindation in play you are able to jump clear of the explosions, but Galder gets half-caught for five damage.
Twnety four laser attacks from them as well- four on each of those who have attacked (Con's cover still counts for this though, as it was being blown up at about the same time). But with Co-ordination in play you weather that storm as well... with Dak getting the worst of it again.
The General has six guns mounted on him- little rotating gatling lssers- and fires at all six of you. He becomes the only one to hit Con this turn!
So, the six of you have dashed fowards into an insanely strong barrage of fire, explosions, dust smoke and raining rock landing all around. Pretty epic!

Whilst droids E and F are still up, it is another move action to move past them and their nearvby rocks to get to the General.
IMPORTANT- bad guys have won initiative for turn 2. They will act first. Note that the Giant Battle Drids always act last regardless (but The General acts just fine).
Dak has Charge which says it can be used to attack while moving...?
Anyway, Rianna will tap Perfect Strike and swap that with Cleave, and move in to attack and start hacking through the EHBDs.
Or is the General attackable by those of us in the west third this turn?
Also, mildly ridiculous question. Is Combat Push any good against the big droids? 😛
That is a mis-understanding of Charge. You can all move and attack, but you must stop when you attack. Charge allows you to hit someone mid-move. It doesn't make you move any faster.
I am afraid Combat Push does not work on big things like that, no.
Droids E and F are not adjacent; the difficulty of moving past either of them would preclude reaching the general in the same turn.
All of these restriictions can be eased with a use of Blur (and a successful Agility roll).
Well, one droid is certainly better than none. I, hereby declare, that Con would like to do the following.
Use Dash
Use one Lucky Merit should I, inexplicable, fail to get Agility rolls right. And if that should also not be enough use Guidance, to make up for the rest.
Tap Charge
Tap Forward Guard
Attack one Droid
Use Flurry to attack the General
Oh yeah, go Gordo!!!
[edit]Are you sure I couldn't get anything in that Charge line, seems like an awful waste, really. I'd take some Mook.
[edit2] Also swap out CoC and swap in Block
[edit3] Could I, hypothetically, use Flurry more than once a round?

Does having an agility of 5 allow me to move to a different cover and still be able to shoot second turn? If not what does having Leaping and Swiftness mastered do for me?
If you are staying in the same area then an Agility roll can do it. Note that next turn the fliers will move into your third and render cover less effective.
Rand snarls as the rockets obliterate his protective cover. He reaches for his lightsaber and ignites it, furious.
"Azarl, coordinate your efforts with mine," Rand says. "Do as I do, strike as I strike! And don't let those rockets near us!"
Rand again uses Bombard, raising his hand as a claw and summoning all the shattered fragments of his cover. He directs them as a vicious wave of knives towards Giant Droid A. If another Giant Droid fires at him other than his target, he nominates it with Focussed Guard.
