No; what Ush just said is that if we take an action to figure out what the danger is, we can handle it...Rand will refresh Focussed Guard and swap out Orthodox Guard so that he has a Defense. With his superior senses, he will try to pinpoint the source of the danger.
I was just trying to be humorous. 🙁
Ahhhhh Ush didn't answer my question about moving around the giant droid and if it'd shield enough from the disruptor.
Well, if Rianna can move around the droid without using Dash, she will. If not, oh well. I doubt it'll make any difference now anyway. Then I want to tap Forward Guard, use Combination, and use Ward. All on Droid E. That damn thing had better be scrap. I want to tap Riposte but it wouldn't work...damnit...
Assuming Rianna's still standing at the end of the turn, swap Forward Guard for Orthodox.
Right then!
A reminder about Evade- it only works against ONE attack. If you want a blanket cover you need Defensive Leap.
Quickly drawing (which means discarding the guns), Relle sabres at droid A, dor seven damage, whilst Dak manages 10 (with disappiointing rolling) on E. At this point of the turn, that outs A and E on the same damage- well, that's maths for you...
Yes, Rianna can, of course, simply move away from The General's melee range and attack Droid E with a Forward Guard tap with all the trimmings. Her Combination hits for two lots of 12 damage for 24 in total... which destroys it! One droid keels over!
Azarl manages another six damage on A.
Rand- on the nearest rock to you, there is a tiny worm-like droid, only some six inches long, about to jump onto you! It has a Defence of six but you only need a single success to destroy it with your sabre as it leaps... which you do so! Gallador manages the same.
Unfortunately others have been caught by these things. Azarl, Xavier, Galder and Tanic all have mini-droids leap onto their chests... I am afraid, Xavier, that you can only use one of Co-ordination or balance and you went for Co-ord first, and needed Balance... and your Evade was not enough (which was admittedly unlucky, it only got one die and it got the success). same thing happened to Galder...
Galder is defensive leaping for safety, which will distract a number of The General's attacks. Oh, Relle does get an LP bonus yes, which I was actually rolling, if not communicating.
Con moves out and hacks dowen a droid in preperation for his attack run next turn... and I will have Tanic droid hack as well.
Ok, bad guys. EHBDs take away the last of Gallador's protection but have no other effect.
The General blasts away at its closest theat, which is Galder; he does get a few hits in with six attacks. But the disruptor fires for no effect as Galder gets clear!
A liberal amount of fire comes from the Giant Droids. I am afraid only a single hit was needed on Dak and Rianna, so this turn was a bit too much for them. But Gallador stays up!

Please note, if you try to sabre out a droid on your chest you will take sabre damage yourself. They have started to burrow.
Your initiative again! All to play for.
Ok, I will do the move then. Starting out on one of the Giant Droids, I will tap Charge and use Dash (as well as Lucky in case I screw up) to attack all three Droids C, D, F. I will also Tap Forward Guard, and use Flurry on first of the droids I attack (I think first is probably smartest, in case Dash and Lucky fail?). And can I, this way, only attack them on their feet or also on the less defensive top (which I would do if it was possible)?
