What's interesting about it? He actually turns invisible on panel. As in, he was lying on the ground seemingly dead one moment and then he's gone. He lobotomized Manchester Black so fast the telepath doesn't even feel it.
Then all you see is a vortex of gale force wind as Superman moves so fast he uses moving air as a weapon he wasn't even a blur at that point: totally invisible. The Elites are totally helpless as they can't track his movement at all.
You want the narrator to state a precise figure for his speed every time he speedblitzes? It doesn't happen in the comics, mostly because its not necessary to the illustration.
Pick up Action comics # 775 Superman vs The Elites, hell of a speedblitz and a great story that argues for Superman's high minded principles against the simpler no holds barred approach of many cynical anti hero types. It shows Supes being a total bad ass without sinking to the level of killer against almost insurmountable odds. Again, I'll never forget that issue.
