Anyway, the farthest Thor has gone, is saying he can destroy small planetoids with Mjolnir. Not saying that's all he could do, but that's all that writers have focused on between Thor and a planet.

What?! Let's just start by stating that Superman can move several times FTL - so of the bat we know he can accelerate his body to levels far beyond what Rulk is capable.
Leaving that alone he can vibrate his body so fast that physical and energetic attacks pass through the molecules of his body i.e. Rulk doesn't have a prayer of landing anything on Superman if Superman doesn't want him to. His speed is such that he can become invisible, what's with all these dishonest "arguments"? Rulk is no faster than regular Hulk, there's nothing in his repertoire that allows him to stop a speedblitz.

Why do we have to prove how fast he moves in a fight? That is retarded. Movement speed isn't divided into fighting speed, and non fighting speed. Speed is an innate attribute, it doesn't vary just because he is fighting. The fact that he has proven countless times to have speed and reaction time on levels that rulk only wishes he could have is pointless tough because he hasn't done it "on panel while fighting"... There has already been scans posted showing he can fight at least faster than sound, so until you can show ON PANEL proof of him able to counter even that preposterously slow level of speed for him, your point is moot. That scan didnt show superman fighting at the speed of sound, that was flight speed. Again and again and again, flight speed dont equal combat speed. That was nothing but a bull rush at the speed of sound, impressive, I agree but enough to beat rulk, naah. Rulk 10/10, we dont even know the amount of force that it takes to knock rulk out.

He doesn't have to KO rulk to win, he can eaisly BFR him... Again and again and again, while flight speed may not be equal to combat speed, supermans reaction speed and movement speed are ridiculously faster than rulks speed in both categories. Until you prove that rulk has the reaction speed and movement speed to counter supermans enough to even be able to touch him, your argument holds little to no water.
Superman 10/10. Easily.
