Members nit-pick about what characters can do on their own, as a stand alone. I could care less, what you do to empower or attain from such character.

Take for example Fabian and how tier list is set up for draft.

Any fictional character, that openly exhibit’s a super power (not enhanced physical stats). But a direct super power, warrants them to be placed in the Metahuman league. I know there are some that reach a grey area, that can play between 15/20 points. But Fabians are clearly defined.

He has the power to empower metahumans. Fantastic, preach on brother do your thing.

Ok I draft Fabian for 10.…..wait what? Yeah he has super powers, but he gets his as kicked all the time. …….errr If don’t so say something now, I will regret it for not voicing out my opinion later.

Ok so if this is permissible, Can I re-draft Current Cable for 15 instead of 20? All he has are cybernetic parts that mildly increase his strength, and a personal computer.

You are right. He also can overload people's powers. He's kinda like the reverse of Scrambler. And Scrambler is clearly 20-25. I say nay to him at 10 as well.

I've also remembered overload. So he isn't=Synergy and is clear 20pointer here.

Damn, there sure was a whole lot of activity yesterday. The second half of this season should be really competitive with these new rosters.

according to what i've read and seen of his, he is slower (by quite a bit) than quicksilver, and can't sustain his speed for very long. slower and less durable and less endurance than quicksilver=more points than quicksilver? 😑

show proof with scans and i'll gladly switch him out. proof or move along . . .

But as for the any power = meta level, I brought that up about Judo Master a few times and she has since been drafted, twice, at 10 pts.

Well, as I've said- this time only one minor replacement done (and drafted not the character I've intended to, but more versatile one).

And "any power=meta level" is stupid, I only objected against Cortez due to "amping any metahuman" (may be your random bio hype) and overloading mutants by forcibly amping them beyond energy levels body can contain (like what he attempted to do to Magneto).

Just got out of a meeting here at work. I'm gonna do a speed read through the last few pages and address the issues that have come upe. Give me about 15-20 minutes.

Also, Leo, I may have to reconsider Fabian's placement. I'd forgotten he can also overload mutants as well (though it's still only good against certain opponents) when I'd given you that greenlight. My apologies brotha.

Also, to all, I'm not a proponent of the school of thought that simply having a "power" puts you in the metahuman category. Some characters have passive powers like the ability to change their skin color, read and understand any language, photographic memory, breathing under water, an advanced sense of smell, sight or hearing, etc., while maintaining their base human frailty. I wouldn't consider such a character as a 20 point pick just for having such an ability. There also must be a some semblance of an offensive tactical application of the ability and some common sense involved in the placement. I don't think someone that has the power to speed read or change into a squirrel is much of a threat.

Very good suggestion. I'll work on getting things organized either on my lunch break or after work and coordinate with Bada to implement the change over.

I need carification on the ten post ruling. Some of my post were really short due to the expansive response replys. I had to break them up becuz my net explorer was pwning me and shutting down mid post. Is there a max character count or is it just exclusively the number of Post? Can I forgot my scan only's for a penalty to Make my final statement? I have 4 scan only's left.

Also, may"quote only" post (no original text, just quoting something) equal "scan only" one?

Also, if brand new one is going to be opened, maybe it's reasonable to merge that one with general discussion thread, quoting the drafts\standings related posts in a new one?
