Lots to talk about, it seems. Eh, I'm pretty much ok with whatever is decided, though I would like to point out that fangirl's changing of both Voodoo and Faust from 30 to 25 was completely arbitrary, and seemed only because he needed the extra room.
Also, as it may be pertinent, it is Classic QS that is at 25. Not the upgraded one. So Meanstreak may indeed be a 25'er.

What difference does it make? would you honestly put current, slightly faster than in the old days, QS at 30 points?
As far as we know Meanstreak can't even hit Mach 1. QS could hit that in any of his speedster incarnations.

Don’t give me this bullshit reason of wiki/marvel stating he reaches march 7. That’s lame, and everyone knows better then to take whats posted in those sites with a fine grain of salt.
of course there are feats FOR EVERY CHARACTER that at times exceed (in many cases FAR exceed) their bios. and? it's the MODE of the feats we look at for determining levels. from everything i know of him, the bulk of his appearances show him as being BELOW quicksilver. show a bunch of scans that suggest differently and i'll concede he should be more than 20. your very sound reasoning that a 'competent speedster' can't be 20 is somewhat less than convincing.

as for fabian--i TOLD you to pm delph if you had issues. he was the one who ok'd him at 10. if you think i'm being sneaky or disingenuous, i don't much care. delph ok'd cortez. meanstreak<quicksilver. nothing sly or disingenuous about EITHER pick.

Anyway, to chime in on a couple of issues:
-Faust and Voodoo (Faust in particular) are high meta, 30 pts.
- I did tell Leo via PM that Cortez would be worth 10 because his power, while in some situations useful (on a team with mutants), is worthless in combat against most every opponent. He's basically Donald Rumsfeld with the ability to amp fellow mutants. However, since I forgot about his ability to overload the characters he's amping and 'burn them out', 10 isn't a fair price. I'll raise him to 15.
