What type of feat is the Superman scan supposed to be an example of; strength, speed, durability, intelligence or other?

its supposed to convey the idea that superman doesnt need to punch planets, as there are solutions open to him that don't involve just punching things...

And petty insults was what you were using.

Because if his was nothing but grade school retorts then thats all yours was and theres no point in giving out a big debate point if thats all your going to use.

Let's recap.

1) Someone asked for a feat of strength on the level of destroying a planet with a few punches.

2) pr1983 posted a scan of Superman vibrating to expel a phantom planet.

3) I pointed out that Superman didn't do anything but vibrate at a specific frequency.

4) pr1983 argued that doing so makes the feat superior to punching a planet apart because Superman "didn't even need to throw a punch."

5) I introduced reasoning into the discussion and demonstrated why his argument was devoid of logic.

6) He switched his argument to the feat being superior because Superman used his brains instead of his brawn.

Which is all well and good, except that he didn't present the reference as an example of Superman being better than Gladiator at thinking through his problems. He presented it as a feat of strength exceeding Gladiator's.

So now he's just trying to save face after being forced to retreat from his position twice. He's hoping everyone will forget what he was arguing in the first place.

I love how you need to be so vague in part 5 for that to work.

ouch KK has hurt a lot of kids feelings in this thread

Gladiator 6/10

point 5 is where you just go off the deep end...

i didnt change my argument, i added to it... there's a difference...

superman has plenty of strength feats to rival gladiators, so i didnt feel one was needed... i never said it was a feat of strength...

'save face' you can keep saying it, it wont apply as much as you hope it will...

its like you just don't read posts... or you do, and just take what you want from them rather than what they actually say...

i love this holier than thou 'matter of factly' attitude people have, they think they're being clever, but they come accross as just being complete and utter dicks...

what was the point of the vibrational feat in the first place?

You could always just read the thread.

scroll up...

As I already stated before Gladiator beats Wondy 6/10 times.

Superman beats Gladiator 10/10 times.

I could, but I prefer being an *******. Especially when people like you are so good at taking the bait.

Unfortunately for you, the internet is a crappy place to try lying about recent history.

So then you think Gladiator is superman lvl in stats? Becuz WW is as close as you can get to superman stats without being on it.

yes, because superman hasn't done anything remotely as impressive... oh, wait.

All that he said was that it was impressive... expanding on WHY it's impressive in later posts is not in fact changing an argument.

Unfortunately for you, the internet is a crappy place to attempt to twist words concerning recent history.

😂 I love that guy.

Btw, besides Nvr, no one seems to have mentioned Wondy's toys. Straight fight, no toys, Glads takes the majority.

But with her standard equip, the tide turns. Her bracelets can easily block his heat vision. if they can block Superman's, Gladiator's should be no sweat. And I'm not refering to the aegis shield, I mean she's blocked it with just the bracelets.

The lasso is pretty effective. And people forget it can used as a weapon, like a cutting instrument.

And if the tiara can cut Supes, it can definitely cut Glads.

Finally, people blast Wondy for losing to Supes, but so would Glads. And IMO, Gladiator doesn't have the skill Wondy does, so I doubt he would do nearly as well as her in the sacrifice arc. Shitty fight that it was, it's still more than Gladiator could do. And Gladiator doesn't have the overwhelming power and speed advantage Superman does. Glads is stronger, but not by that much. And not enough to negate her vastly superior skill.

When have we saw Gladiator do anything on Superman level?

Hyperion struggled to move a satellite weighing 300 or something tons. Gladiator and him were equals in strength.

That's a rather low feat that you're using for Hyperion. Someone could mention Superman being immobilized by the current running through ordinary power lines.

When Hyperion and Gladiator were matching power, they were exerting enough power to crush planets.

IIRC, that very fight mentioned planet crushing force.
