STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- Decay

Only the pilot.

Will the pilot be informed if I kill the team?

The Grotos are splitting into three teams of four to search the area, so it is possible. If that happens, you will have to be quick...

Hmm, and could I take the pilot out first?

It would be Intrusion to get past the Grotos and eliminate the pilot.

Which I don't have. Fair enough. Hmm, can I drop down with a Flying Charge on one of the smaller teams then?

Yes.

I will do that then.

A Flying Charge rolls 5, 3, and 16...

Con charges out of the treeline in the first group of Grotos. As he ignites his lightsaber, he drives it straight through the back of an unsuspecting Grotos. In his shock, the Grotos fires his blaster and hits one of his partners, for two hits. Then Con withdraws his lightsaber and swipes at his final target, cutting him down.

That leaves two Grotos left in this group.

I'd like to use a Master Reflection as defense.

With a flick of his blades, Con intercepts two shots and reflects them back, killing the Grotos. Group one is down before they could alert the pilot, but the gunshots were heard.

Well, I will quickly engage the second group then, if possible.

The second group is a short distance away, advancing towards where they heard the blasterfire. They raise their blasters as they see you come rushing toward them.

Do I act first? Then...you know...a flying charge again.

A Flying Charge it is! 10, 3, 2. While charging down the second group, Con leaps up towards a nearby tree. He plants a foot against it and goes into a reverse spin as he kicks off. When he lands, he slashes down a Grotos cleanly. He moves on to the next and injures him for two hits, but misses the final one as he tumbles out of the way.

Three shooters on Con.

And Master Reflection again

(it's a good combination)

On this Reflection, Con stays clear but only manages to reflect back one shot successfully as it hits a Grotos in the throat, leaving you with a lone, injured Grotos.

Well, I guess I strike him down with a blow. It's a war after all, and that's what I've been doing for the last 3 years.

He tries to scramble away while firing, but you move around to his side and whisk your lightsaber through his chest.

The third and final group has seen what carnage you have wrought upon their companions and are not going to take their chances against a Jedi. They rush back to the dropship and clamber in, looking back and firing their blasters in your direction as they go.

Can I draw my blaster and retaliate their fire while closing in on them? If so, I do that.
