I dont really know if that constitutues combat speed however, if we see him attacking invisable fast like Supes does then thats a different story. It seemed more like he just used his traveling speed and surprised clark more then anything.

Right, and technically he should be able to apply it when he fights but so far we havn't seen it. I dont like going by assumption so untill we see a feat where DS fights at the same speed he travels then its just wild speculation.

DS surprised Flash with his speed once but it wasn't a direct battle. Flash was spying on Darkseid who was some distance away across a large room, when Flash turned around to escape after getting his info DS was already in front of him.
Flash only had time to go wide eyed before DS ko'd him with his beams.

He doesn't have super fast h2h movement but he can propel his body super fast even over short distances. His fights with Orion demonstrate this and he has surprised Flash and Supes with how quickly he can propel his body on a couple of occasions.
And this is spite.
The ALE and that fact that DS has the more powerful and insidious abilities mean that a guy like Thor has zero chance. You need to have more than a energy versatile hammer to take recent DS.
These are DS' insidious powers (recently). His power over oblivion means that his shadow demons (an extension of the OE) now evolved, would destroy Thor, completely engulf him in oblivion.
If he uses the OE for reality warping Thor has no defense. If he uses his knowledge of the full ALE, Thor has no defense.
DS is on a different league to Thor. DS's power is more than just a few flashy energy blasts.

Speed for someone his size? He moved so fast clark didn't even see him move. That's beyond good for his size.
