sauke will crush naruto if he don't use itachi gift or gets a ton stronger.

how do you figure he has like a very small repertoire of jutsu

Shadow clone jutsu- everyone beats their ass anyway
Mass Shadow Clone Jutsu- always defeated
Rasengan-Strong but easy to dodge
Oodama Rasengan-Strong but easy to dodge
Rasen Shuriken- needs shadow clones to create a diversion otherwise easily dodged
Summoning-strong but rarely used especially if the enemy hast summoned either
