And remember, before there was Ed Norton, there was Eric Bana.

Just accept the fact Marvel has had problems dealing with the Hulk in movies. Let's hope third times the charm.

Yeah Iv said several times I hope Ruffalo does a good job at this.

But I do think Marvel got it right with Norton's The Incredible Hulk. That was a great movie imo.

It probably wasn't the box office success they were hoping for due to the memory of the Eric Bana Hulk still lingering, and it wasn't made clear in the marketing that this was a reboot.

I doubt Ruffalo will be as good or better than Norton.

In the trailer I noticed Thor attacking Cap. Interesting....

Who u calling dipstick?!

He's not that famous you moron! Stop wanking over him just because he in the Avengers now! Iv looked up his films, even seen a couple of them.. But he's not been in anything huge! And even the movies he's in he's usually a supporting role as someone's already pointed out.

He's no Norton. Deal with it.

Dude, Mark Ruffalo is just as famous as Edward Norton, and he likely significantly has significantly higher name recognition among women considering the dearth of dramas, dramedys and rom-coms he has done. The fact that you've never heard of Mark Ruffalo tells us more about your viewing habits then it does Ruffalo's hypothetical star power. Edward Norton isn't box office draw. He isn't a house hold name. Nerds know him because he was Hulk, Fight Club and the Illusionist, no one else cares. Saying the "Bad guy from The Italian Job" will give most people a better idea of who you are talking about then using his actual name.

Ruffalo is not as famous as Edward Norton.

Looks dodgy!

I'm expecting this movie to be as cheesy as Captain America. i was very disappointed after watching it.

Because it was cheesy?

Captain America had to be "cheesy" in certain aspects. It got serious enough when the plot called for it, though.

Cap was the right kind of cheesy, Thor on the other hand was pretty much rubbish with its uncalled for cheese.

You are joking!

Well im not from the US, so unless Ruffalo is a lot more famous in the US, and Norton a lot more famous abroad, I dnt know what you are talking about.

Nah people loved the cheese in Thor! Thor was a much bigger success than Cap despite Cap previously being a much more recognisable superhero. He was Marvel's first I think..

Marvel's first superhero was the original android Human Torch, which briefly cameo'd in Cap's movie.

He did? Where?

I didn't find Thor to be cheesy at all. At least, not in a bad way.

wow, i missed that.

Arnim Zola's robot suit is also in the Captain America on some blueprints

i posted that in the other thread.

I can't stop watching the trailer lol. The part i like is the way cap is falling out with iron man and thor. This is gonna be sick can't wait too see hulk smash some stuff up. I wanna know who was it that threw cap out the window.

The more I see the trailer and behind the scenes footage the more I feel that Loki will be the central and possibly only villain.

I really hope that's not the case, and they're keeping something/someone confidential.

I thought Namor was Marvel's first superhero?

Look at all the footage of the army & police shooting up at the sky, and the lasers coming down. I believe Loki will be central, but he'll have allies with him, made after his trip through the wormhole.

^ Looked like an alien invasion to me
