It depends on which black adam you use for me to judge this fight. Normal black adam would get his ass whipped by thor, wwIII black adam might could get the majority over thor, depending on how thor fight.

It depends on the combined might because the only top tier that black adam fought out of that crusade was martian manhunter. You do know what happen if thor went on a crusade and rampage dont you, Im going to say it like this, warrior maddness and how many people almost got killed when he went into this mode.
Going by feats thor is above top tier.

If you go by Feats, then Superman is above everyone. Since he's beaten Dominus and He and Orion beat S'ivaa. Both Multiversal beings. So um yeah. Let's get some common sense about these battles.

His lightning is stronger then thors, can you tell me what you get that from.
They are kind of even, wwIII would be much better and challenging.

2. Orion vs. BRB = Orion.
3. IM vs. BB = IM.
4. BA vs. Thor = BA. Very close and even match.
1. Firestorm vs. BRB = BRB.
2. Orion vs. BB = Orion.
3. IM vs. Thor = IM.
4. BA vs. Surfer = Surfer.
1. Firestorm vs. BB = BB. I can't see FS tanking BB's scream.
2. Orion vs. Thor = Orion. This would be a fantastic fight.
3. IM vs. Surfer = Surfer.
4. BA vs. BRB = BRB. This fight differs from Thor vs. BA because BRB doesn't seem to hold back as often.
1. Firestorm vs. Thor = Thor.
2. Orion vs. Surfer = Surfer.
3. IM vs. BRB = IM.
4. BA vs. BB = BB. Again, I don't see Adam tanking BB's scream.

Superman beating someone on that level isnt a average feat, thor beat godly and sky fathers on a normal basis.
Spiderman beat firelord, so I guess he's a top tier. Its not his average.
Wolverine beat hulk, I guess he's a top tier. Its not his average showing.
Thing beat champion and terrax, I guess that makes him herald level, no because its not his average showing.

BB controls the electromagnetic spectrum. He can do some bad shit to FS, too. But that won't be needed - like I said, BB's scream would kill him.
