Definitely not stronger. On par at the very least.

Charles Xavier defeated Magneto because Magneto did not expect an attack from him. How often does Charles lash out? Very rarely. Magneto resisted both Jean and Xavier already and even defeated the Shadow King.

Even current Magneto tosses her into space. Christ, look at what his doing in Uncanny. The bullet feat (The giant one that can bust planets and gets denser as it flies through space.) he is pulling off recently is pretty crazy. And his also about to take on Proteus.

It's clear Fraction doesn't know what his doing with Magneto I believe and is pulling shit out of his ass to keep him powered down. That's what happens when a team wrecker is put on a team. Magneto should be around his early 30's from what I can gather. His in his physical prime as I understand it. Not an old man.

Man I wish I was writing Uncanny! I would do a heck of a better job than Fraction based on my post above alone. I read the last 3 issues two nights ago and the only remotely cool thing that happened was Cykes Astral battle with Copy/Cut/Paste Void. The rest was hack central.
I miss 90's Uncanny.

I cannot ****ing believe that Magneto, the one true Magneto, would ever, ever bow to Cyclops. It's ridiculous. It's like Thor surrendering to Loki and joining sides with him.

Fraction should stick away from team books. His amazing when his writing Thor and his run on Iron Man has been pretty good.
