I thought Bullseye was just a killer. Hes a rapist as well?

To tell you the truth I think its better to keep him close, but the problem is wether or not you can keep him under control. In principle its a good idea.

He does whatever dominates over others. His women issues were addressed in Ann Nocenti's Man Without Mercy storyline which I believe is issues 284-290 of DD where it's stated that he has power issues, possibly latent homosexuality and maybe even erectile dysfunction.

anyone read the latest DA issue?

whats up with the end?

It's obviously a cliffhanger.

well as far as sentry is concerned i hope it boils down to him and Thor.
i love norman and want spiderman to have NOTHING to do with his down fall. i want something new damnit lol. i like the ironman angle.

my favorite in all of this has been Ares, not sure why he just seems like he is just going with the flow here lol. i hope he sticks around as one of the good guys after all this. him being an Avenger has been enjoyable for me.

btw what the hell happen to marvel boy? he got laid and fell off the grid.. am i missing something here?

If you consider Dooms upgrade in FF4 recently this is a complete missmatch. The guys now capable of dispatching Watchers ... W.T.F. ?

Before this ends, I want to see a Dark Avengers vs. Great Lakes Avengers one-shot. I mean, we all kinda know what the last page will be, but still.

whens it gonna end?

Its on going, who knows.

You really think that's going to be anything but completly ignored ?

They announced that it'll end when the Seige story starts early next year is what I heard.

Even without that Doom was equal to Stark when he had extremis armour. Iron-Patriot is not as good as extremis. Doom should win.

Anyone think 'Dark Reign' is coming to an end too soon? It 's only been this year. Civil War and it's consequences lasted for two years. They should be stretching it out for another year, ending it in time for Marvel's 50th anniversary in 2011.

Actually the consequences of Civil War are still ongoing. Cap is only just returning. Bill Foster's still dead (no surprise there.) The initiative is still running, just in a different format. Registration is still the law. The Avengers are still in multiple groups, one of them underground. Even when Bucky became Cap, when Stark was still top cop, it was made clear he was an unusual exception from registration. One of Osborn's aims is to get "that list" off Stark.

And there's probably a couple of other things I can't remember.

But I do agree about Dark Reign. I want it to be over, but I'm surprised it didn't last that long.

I don't think Dark Reign should end YET, it would feel too abrupt.

Osborn still feels like he's in power and I don't feel, reading the comics, that anyone is of real threat to him yet. Besides Doom and maybe certain others who'll betray him.

It's getting there, but I feel that ending it soon would just cheapen the event and that's everything fans moan about; events being meaningless.

I don't read Thor or F4, so I don't really find myself on top of Dr. Doom's current shenanagans, so I wouldn't know how close he is (If at all) to betraying Osborn.

Nobody knows how the X-Men will be involved yet, if they're involved at all. Too much that hasn't been answered for it to be over yet.

Agreed, with that, I feel we'll be seeing Darker Reign soon enough.

I kind of think the aftereffects of Civil War got flipped upside down once Secret Invasion concluded. Suddenly Tony Stark is a fugitive, no more S.H.I.E.L.D., and nearly everyone who was pro-reg is now on the outside of the power structure looking in, outlawed.

Any word about a big crossover miniseries next year, that is going to upset the table again?

If this ended a month after it came out...it would not be soon enough....i dont buy this....i dont for a second like it.....and i dont look forward to the next one either...ever since bendis and his plan was put into place...secret war/H.O.M/secret invasion...its been the lowest point in marvels history story wise....but i do see that i am probably in the minority...so for business....i guess its good....but this is the first time since i started collecting comics since i was 9 years old that i have not spent a dime on any of the big 2(DC/Marvel)

I don't actually see the problem with Bendis at all.

What is it about him that people don't like?

He's writing Dark Reign's two main series' on his own and still managing to make them feel different.

I have a problem with his dialogue at times, when he's lazy he tends to make all his characters sound the same....right "guys"? I think they call it Bendis speak.
