Kratos is probably physically stronger but I want to see exactly where anyone saw weapons bouncing off of his skin that makes it so Dante's bullets would bounce off like rain.
If Kratos cannot stop bullets and is slower than Dante then how can he be expected to win in any way shape or form. Dante keeps his distance and pegs him with bullets is an instant win given time on top of the fact that Dante is probably the superior swordsman due to the shear number of skilled hand to hand oponents he has faced. Mundus and Vergil being at the top of the list or at least my list.

Long range is his best bet, and even then kratos has a couple of long range weapons, including some medium range ones that are even melee weapons. He can control souls, lightning, air, and his blades are show to extend pretty long distances also. Dante is not winning this fight.

Siding with BT here. If the video posted is the video you use to claim his reactionspeed, it really doesn't prove much. The character in the video is ready for it and it's not actually even a lightning directed at him, but rather a scattered one that he attempts to block with his weapon.
Dante has close range, too, and he could throw Lucifer swords at him. "He can control souls, lightning, air, and his blades are show to extend pretty long distances also." Irrevelant, and Dante has all of those. Besides, souls won't won't help (Dark Magic), so Dante shakes them off. Lighting? Look at Alastor Scene; and air won't help because Dante has that. He may be more stronger, we haven't seen Dante use his strength. Kratos depends on brute-force, and not only that but, Dante pulled down the head of someone who was as big as a God on God of War. Also, Dante has taken worse than what air, lighting, wind, etc. Dante can easily go invincible, or asorb all of Krato's energy, and use it against him killing him. In DMC3, when Dante is at his weakest, he and Vergil are fighting so quickly that sword clashes appear in multiple places at once (hits--you--can't---see). Kratos by default doesn't have god hood. Dante in his normal and weakest state is much stronger than that. Dante could easily dodge/block Kratos' attacks. And what can soul do to Dante? Dante stops time and cuts his head off. It also took Kratos' whole strength to pull back Atlas' fingers, and Atlas wasn't even trying. Dante could easily dodge all of Kratos' moves/magic, or whatever. Dante ran so fast that he heats up from friction with the air (or as fast as the speed of SOUND!). Close range? Dante has guns. 'Nuff said.

So in other words, he would have died from that (he was even coughing up blood). Even if he didn't die instantly on impact, he would have.
