I looked online; it varies from 5'3" to 5'61/2". The fact that actors are known for adding inches in their profiles (Tom Cruz is a well known offender), I'd guess he's closer to 5'3" than 5'6". Who cares though when the facts are as follows:

McClane didn't "got beat" as you say, he took a beating and came back to continue the fight, world of ****ing differenc, son.

On the note of Jet Li's and Maggie Q's characters, they were very similar, Asian, fast, petite and highly skilled in martial arts. McClane took out his Asian opponent solo and did it the first time they faced off. Riggs took a loss the first time he met his Asian and then had to call in for hero-support to get a win in the 2nd round.

Robtard does not let his bias interfere in these silly movie Vs. fights, fact.

Like I said, they were very similar, so it'd be a very close fight. If I was to make a bet, I'd go with Jet Li, but winning here by a **** hair, as Maggie Q was seriously skilled and every bit as capable.

Now, you can say that Riggs fought a tougher opponent, but you're picking at crumbs. The fact remains that McClane took a beating and came back to finish the job in round one. Riggs was beaten, his opponent then fled and Riggs needs Murtaugh for the second encounter.

edit: To use a real life example to show the difference. In the '74 'rumble in the jungle', Muhammad Ali took a beating; he than came back and won. George Foreman was beaten.

I view Jet Li as a much more skilled and tougher opponent than Q. Infact he could probably take 2-3 Q's on at the same time.

Come on, seriously, Maggie Q may have some MA skills, but she is totally weak. Like McClane said, shes just a skinny ninja chick.

This is a good clip of all Jet Li's feats... he's in another league imo.

1. Just a 1v1 fight against a guy with some MA knowledge.

2. Is held at gunpoint by two guys, surrenders his gun and then takes them both out with a kick each after he takes their pistols apart. Speed and strength feat here. Maggie Q wouldn't have a chance in hell in the situation, and she's sure as hell not strong enough to knock them out.

3. Some more solo fights vs a group.

4. Dodges a bullet.

5. The final fight. Probably the important note to take here is that he keeps fighting even after being impaled... I'm having a hard time imagining Maggie Q doing the same.

Again, he TOOK A BEATING, he didn't lose; he came right back to continue the very same fight. You have no way of knowing how the fight would have turned out had it gone further as an H2H. What we do know for a fact, McClane's durability is legendary.

That does not follow, as Maggie Q being similar to Jet Li, would beat Riggs, that is unless he had Murtaugh to support his ass.

They were both fast, agile and highly skilled in the Oriental arts of figthing.
