H2: Halloween 2

So, Steve, how much do you think H2 will gross worldwide?

I really couldn't say, I'd be wrong with my answer...you?

The first made about $79 million worldwide, so I'd say this movie will likely do around the same, or at the very least about $60 million worldwide.

Over on the boxofficemojo forums someone made a joke about this movie making $300 million worldwide. I would love to see that happen because it'd set a new precedent for horror movies.

That's pretty much what everyone means, that they want to see Mane in the mask on set. I know I do, and I'm still wondering why Michael's hair is considerably shorter in the sequel.

He got hair cut whilst he was dead

It appears as if the movie picks up exactly from the first and he starts wreaking havoc, which means he was shot, went to the hospital, started going apeshit and killing people, and then we go to whatever time passes after that night, which is where the thick part of the story occurs.

I'm gonna miss the long hair though.

The official name for this movie is "Halloween: The Devil Walks Among Us" and Margot Kidder has been announced to be in this movie as Laurie's therapist (true irony, eh).

I don't understand...he goes to the hopsital kills people then just leaves and does nothing to Laurie or gets killed whilst there and then returns later on again?

I honestly have no clue, I'm just as in the dark about that as you are.

Well least part of it's in a hospital..I wonder how this will end, cause when the first one ended I kinda thought that was it...he was dead but they Laurie was still in the dark about Mike being her brother and plus they couldn't just stop making halloween movies. As long as they got a good story then I say keep making them but tbh no.5, 6 and 8 were terrible, H20 was ok

I...uh.....kinda sorta know how it may end but you can take it with a grain of salt in case it's not true.

Michael arrives at the Myer's house in an ambulance and drags Laurie into the house as onlookers believe it's staged. He drags her into the house, ties her up, and pours gasoline all around her as she begs him not to kill her. She tells him she knows he's her brother, and he stops, unties her, and holds out a weapon (I forget what it was) in which she cuts his arm, and he writes the word boo on her hand, like a tattoo.

That's just part of it, I can't remember all of it, but that's supposedly from the script.

That would literally be a great ending. I hope it's true and Rob films it and uses it in the final version. If done right by Scout & Tyler, imagine how much of an emotional ending it could be.

I think it's more along the lines of Michael seeing his sister as being the only person that never really judged him outside of his mom. He thinks they are the only two people to ever care for him, which is why in the first movie he was simply trying to reunite with her instead of trying to kill her, like in the original. I'm not sure what the heck he's trying to do in the sequel. It's likely that after she blasted him in the face he's trying to do her in. Zombie said in the commentary that Michael believes she knows that they are related, but has no idea she doesn't know, which is why he brought out the picture and gave it to her.
