Batman vs. Jango Fett

It'd only be PIS if it happened a couple of times. The fact that it happens consistently, throughout all three movies, points rather to the Flash scene being PIS more than anything else as that's the only time it ever happens like that.

But I don't think that the time-slowing down is showing Peter's reaction speed or how heeprcieves things. The Spidersense in itself doesnt't work that way... it's a sub-concious voice in his head that yells at him to move or do a specific action which his body automatically does. It doesn't allow him to see things in motion.

Obviously, that's howit works in the comics maybe not the movies, but because we only see it slow-down like that one time I believe it's more just the director showing us what's happening, not how it works for Peter.

No, Im wrong,you're right. When Peter looks at lash's hand moving and goes "huh" that pretty much shows that's hhow he percieves things...

It's clearly demonstrated in the clip I posted. From the fly's wings, to Flash's punch moving in super-slow motion.

Jango's armor is lightsaber resistant except at the point where the tip of the armor meets the helmet, which is where Mace struck deliberately because his Shatterpoint allowed him to see where the weakness in Jango's armor was.

Peter's best "speed" feat, I.E., movement speed, is not all that fast. Sideous traveled about 30 feet in less than a second, Obi-Wan as a padawan jumped about 40 feet straight up in less than a second...

Peter's strength wasn't enough for him to knock Dr.Octupus, a fat man who's not superhuman at all, out in one or two blows. He's really not that strong in the movies, his webbing is but not him.

And as I pointed out below, the fact that that is only seen happening once, yet Peter gets knocked around people who aren't superhuman throughout all three movies multiple times, it stands to reason that that fly scene is, in affect, PIS.

Well, he did hold on to tram car full of children and he did stop a moving train without being ripped apart.

Inconsistent, sure, but I'd say more on the part of him not knocking out Ock immediately.
