But McClane was never KO'd , where as Mickey was sparked out briefly, on screen, McClane if he sparked him out, could kill him without any ring rules. And then Mickey wouldnt get the chance to come back with his knockout. That could have been a good un, but since he is an illegal fighter, Mcclane would Morally speaking have to arrest him presumably at gunpoint anyhow. And and its not police procedure to arrest danagerous criminals without a gun, so regardless of H2H rules, the morals argument of McClane arresting him and subsequently police rule indicate that he do it armed.
Its been a lonnnnng time since I watched Leon. But McClane regular kills assassins, so Im gonna say McClane for now, but Im willing to re-watch Leon and if needbe revise that later.
Morally again, McClane would have to overpower and arrest him, but no way would Leon simply turn himself in, so he might have to kill him.
Havent seen the others.

I unofficially instated a rule about a morality clause in threads. It can be seen in the Jango Fett vs. Batman thread. The thread starter has the option to include such option.
