If it wasnt for the rest of the jla being there, superman would have gotten killed, so him taking that punch was a stupid idea. That second that he was laying on the ground gave konvikt thousands of options on how to destory him

i agree that superman gets knocked down by villians but this knock down was different, he was temporarily koed. Again, superman seen this guy take out the entire jla, he would be retarted to let someone this powerful punch him.
