Yeah, I even remember Alpha Trion went from being a young bot, when he rebuilt Orion Pax into Optimus, to the old shaggy bot that comes out later in the present, but I could never find an explaination for how they were able to grow old. I guess it's just to give them a human factor. It's a nice idea though, to have some bots a certain age than others. Made them feel like veterans.
And even Kup, who was old, stll had nimble parts in him, and never needed a walking stick. Kup was bad ass.

Nah I could only see dragging frames by the end of it. The stream speed was to slow.
I really couldnt give a shit now about the asthetics, because you cant polish a turd. Once characterisation and everything else is fu**ed, why worry about how shiny it looks? Thats what wrong with Bay.
But by your description, the evidence is more there that the script was genuine.
