This video shows how fast and agile the Transformers are. Kong's advantage in that department is negligible at best, and he may not even have one at this point. Also, in a similar fight, Prime takes on 3 Decepticons at once to keep Sam safe. He heavily damages Starscream and Megatron while outright killing Grindor, despite them being the biggest and baddest Decepticons around(who aren't the Fallen or Devastator). Prime only dies because he stopped fighting to look for Sam.
Prime(with his jetpack add-on which I assume he has access to now, even though he doesn't use it in this part) literally cuts a swath through about 11 Decepticons without taking a single hit, ending with him brutally murdering Shockwave by separating a chunk from his side with spiked knuckles(which he can also use) then ripping out his eye. This happens in 25 seconds more or less, so in a bit over the time it took Kong to snap that one T-Rex's jaw, Prime has cut, cleaved through, blasted, and outright murdered nearly a dozen powerful robots. Yeah...Kong clearly has a chance.
Prime loses to Sentinel, but not only puts up a good fight, but shows that losing a limb isn't a big thing to a transformer. He literally gets right back up and proceeds to beat the dog sh*t out of Megatron with only one arm. In about 8 seconds from the time he dodges Megatron's shot, to the time he buries his axe in his chin and starts yanking his head off.
Optimus is a beast, much more so than Kong. Fast enough to dodge projectiles at close range, agile enough to fight three of the best and toughest Decepticons at once, and nearly win. Durable enough to have his arm ripped off and only be inconvenienced, etc, etc... And he's ruthless when he needs to be, evidenced by not only his actions in combat, but he's words. Shouting stuff like, "YOU DIE!!" while ripping Shockwave's eye out of his skull. Or ripping Grindor's head in two different directions. Or blowing Sentinel Prime's back out of his chest execution style.
Kong loses 200/10
Bay Prime is far from indestructible.
Fact is the 'distracted' excuse aside, he got his ass whupped in that scene and killed.
If he has his trailer he could fly off, in truck mode Kong buckles his chassis wrecks his frame so bad that he can't transform..
In robot mode, Kong just rips his head off and plays with it like a ball. If he thinks Prime is trying to nick his vaudeville dancer, that is a likely outcome. Either that or Kong rips Prime's arms off and batters him to death with them. Kong does to Prime what Megatron did to Jazz.

He killed Grindor, nearly broke Megatron's leg, did some more damage to Megatron, ripped off Starscreams arm and beat him with it. Aside from Megatron sneaking up on him while he completely forgot about all the Decepticon's, he clearly won that fight.
And you neglected to mention the other two videos. Like the one where in the time it took him to snap one T-Rex's jaw, Prime had killed about 7 or 8 Decepticon's.
And you've seen the damage Prime can dish out and endure, and Transformers in general.

He died. Thats a loss. He fought valiantly and all that, but he still was killed.

Witness the sawing of frenzy in BayFS1 etc as evidence along with the damage done to Jazz, Prime and others throughout the trilogy, along with their murderablity by humans.
Kong uses BayPrime as a metallic willywarmer.
Prime is bigger and heavier. Kong might be more agile, but Prime is a trained fighter.
Most of all though, Kong is made of flesh and bone. I don't see Kong surviving the kind of thrashing the transformers went through (getting thrown against multiple buildings and such). The transformers have been shown to continue fighting despite getting multiple hits from artillery and even getting limbs torn off... if Kong gets a limb broken he'd probably writhe around the floor in pain.

It doesn't denote weakness unto itself, except to act as a placeholder for any of Kong's abilities that would match with the aforementioned of Prime. Aka, none. He's just a giant ape with above average intelligence, and with physical abilities slightly disproportionately greater for his size.
