case in point. this ENTIRE post as well as all other before it havent ONCE quoted the game, a character's quote, an event or the in game database. infact u havent even MENTIONED anything other than the perfects guide. then you try your best to weasel your way out of any question that dares you to quote anything in game that supports your argument. and when the opposition comes to the very justified conclusion that you have never played the game, yor answer is "NO!".

THEY are the ones which wrote the script and the in game database. the ONLY cannon sources from xenosaga. ofcourse because the game was squeezed, it made little sense to many people who played it unless they had knowledge of nitchze/freud/jung/gnosticism.
to try to reconcile that mistake, the PRODUCERS{i.e. the company tha funded development and owned the rights} commisioned a guide to forcefully reconcile things in the universe by a team that WASNT THE WRITERS of the original, and told them to make sense of everything. they did this by flat out denying and altering details and subtleties in the script and i game mythos and came up with the perfects guide. it is exactly the same situation as marvel with the marvel handbooks, only the difference is that the handbooks are sumwhat more valid due to the retcons that different writers bring to characters, no such luck for xenosaga.
and finally u fail to even undertsand that by definition, a UNIverse cant have different timelines/histories.
