It's called context.

actually it is

it shows that Galactus is able to be harmed (regardless of how insignificant) whereas Juggernaut really isn't able to be harmed at all

a guy who takes .000001 damage still loses durability contest to a guy who takes 0 damage

Juggernaut took zero damage from a godblast, whereas Galactus took some (even if only very little) damage

I'm a joke.

What are you basing that on?

When has Colossus taken something that Thor could not?

Why do you act as this is some sort of fact?

When has Colossus taken attacks that would clearly cut right through Thor, or when has Thor been severely damage by attacks that would clearly not harm Colossus?

There has been no such showings. Based on past experience, Thor is extremely superior to Colossus in practically every way.

I'm a joke?

Who was the one who said Juggernaut is more durable than Galactus, a cosmic entity who doesn't even have a real pure physical body as we perceive?

Oh that's right, it was you....

😆

when has colossus bled?

Galactus wasn't actually hurt by Thing, and that was 50-60 years ago...

ok, but he was hurt by thor's godblast, by one of thano's blasts, and other attacks that wouldn't even faze juggernaut though

I don't remember Thor actually hitting him with a godblast, only threatening to.

Thanos didn't hurt him, he just blasted through his ship. Same way Juggs has been thrown around, etc.

thor hit him with a godblast and galactus fled...this was in the 70s though, I think

thanos hit him with a blast that sent galactus flying back, bouncing off the ground, with his helmet knocked off, and with scratches (galactus def looked like he got hurt a bit...as opposed to how classic juggernaut just laughs off physical attacks)

Galactus was annoyed, not hurt.

But with how ppl post on the forums, sometimes, the lines between annoyance and pain are often blurred... 😛

he looked pissed...if he wasn't hurt at all, wouldn't he have laughed at thanos' utter stupidity then

imagine you were superman and someone shot at you, you would prob laugh and mock them for their futility

but if someone actually harmed you, you would be pissed

granted, that's an interpretation...but that still doesn't explain away Galactus getting hurt by a godblast while Juggernaut was laughing it off

After him becoming organic steel throughout his entire body tissue, I don't think he has. Well at least not off the top of my head.

He technically has nothing to bleed from what I understand, but he can still get his ass kicked by forces less powerful than what Thor has taken on.

I don't dispute that colossu would get his ass kicked by what thor has taken on

my only point is that he is more durable than thor against piercing damage, seeing as how it is virtually impossible to pierce colossus whereas it is possible to pierce thor

i dont know why you would argue against that

When Thor used his God Blast against the Juggernaut he was extremely weakened. Extremely, and since his God Blast comes from his own Godly Life Force, it should be a fraction of what it is in terms of power just like Thor was.

The entire Galactus being turned back was retconed into Galactus being weakened from fighting Ego etc. "Thor Annual #14" I believe.

Thanos didn't do any harm to Galactus. All he did was piss him off, and he said so himself. Either way, Thanos would spank the Juggernaut.

Practically whenever Galactus comes to Earth he is severely weakened to the point of being able to be harmed by conventional means, no matter how small.

Going by that logic, Gambit has knocked out Cain with his cards, and WWH completely stomped him in moments.

I argue against that because you offer no proof.

You're simply saying that because Colossus is organic steel and Thor has skin and flesh.

What are you basing this on?

Show me what you're reasoning for this position is.

Has Thor been attacked and wounded severely by attacks that Colossus has shrugged of?

I don't recall events like this ever happening.

Thor just recently withstood a swipe from the Stormbreaker axe unharmed and he was severely weakened at the time. That alone should put him leaps above Colossus in terms of piercing durability.

Galactus was pissed because Thanos showed up and blasted him through his ship...

When have you ever seen Galactus laugh?

Post the scan where he was hurt by godblast...actually, don't, I don't care.

there was never any statement that thor's godblast was any weaker against juggernaut. you're making that up to justify your position. unless thor actually says that, or its stated in the comic, we can't make stuff up. I could say oh, thor was more pumped for the fight against juggernaut so his godblast was more powerful...see no evidence equals pointless debating.

So galactus gets less durable as he gets weaker...gee, classic Juggernaut doesn't suffer from that. Juggernaut is invincible regardless of how worn out he is, since he actually has infinite stamina.

how is this relevant to juggernaut's durabiltiy? Did I ever say juggernaut was immune to getting his ass kicked? no. I just said he was immune to damage.

It's funny cuz it's true.

ok, you got a point

but wouldnt it be in character for galactus to say something like "foolish insect, you cannot harm galactus!"

I mean when has Galactus ever claimed invulnerability?
