That shows that Star Wars weapons aren't always that accurate: snowspeeders can't even hit a huge neck.
RN...
1) The Imperials will run out of supplies.
2) When they hop out to steal shit, they get blown up.
3) They cannot hold territory with one hundred walkers, a problem exacerbated by the fact that AT-ATs have max speeds comparable to those of fairground roller coasters.
4) AT-ATs have no heavy armor on their undersides. Tanks, rocket launchers, or massive ****ing explosions under them will destroy them.
5) AT-ATs have weak points at their necks. Tanks, rocket launchers, mortars, laser-guided missiles, or massive ****ing explosions on top of them will break through and destroy them.
6) The snowspeeders didn't shoot at the necks until after the AT-ATs had been toppled, and the walkers promptly exploded.
7) Luke Skywalker was the only Force-sensitive on Hoth. He went down after the tow cable maneuver.

Doesn't matter, one tomahawk from above and the AT-AT's neck is taken out. That is of course assuming the combined physical impact and concussive force can penetrate it, but if a crashing snowspeeder plowing head-on in to the face does it, the U.S. arsenal can.

America could solo the Imperials, and China, Russia, and Iran - assuming for whatever reason they actually decided to cooperate, which is absurdly unlikely considering (among other things) the effect America's fall would have on the global economy - could in no way conquer the world with such meager assistance.

I started them off in the middle of Mexico (which along with Canada is the closest to America you can get unless if you want them to start off in the middle of America, which would we cheap). But then you said that that's not fair and that they shouldn't start off next to world powers...to I changed it, and now you are complaining? WTF????
China, Russia and Iran don't really like eachother, nor would they be stupid enough to side with an Empire that they know (assuming that the leaders know Star Wars) will betray them (like the Empire always does).
And also, why do you complain that Earth knows everything about the Empire? I first said that the Empire knew little about Earth, then after you whining I being GENEROUS gave the Empire near complete information (so that both know about the other really well instead of just the Earth knowing about the Empire), and yet you IGNORE it and just ramble some more? I am curious, not knowing much beyond the films of star wars, what evidence suggests Storm troopers and other imperial units are resistant to bullets?
As has been said elseware in the thread the stormies seem like terrible soldiers, not being able to hit a few peeps at short range and seem to have very little actual intelligence or tactics (just running in while fireing is not a real tactic tbh). Take into consideration you dont have just American soldiers, you have Euro soldiers so we actually have some skill, good training and weapons on our side.
The way I see it, despite having higher tech weapons, blasts have a much lower fire rate, so do lasers and the machines/soldiers are designed to survive their own weapons, as is the armour, when a tank shell hits it, or a bullet, whos to say it will protect them? since obvioulsy the armour was not designed for that in mind.
I think our Jets and Naval weapons will also keep the Imperials from taking a win, the British have that Astute sub that can fire from miles away and is nigh impossible to detect, ships and bombardment of missles would destroy imperial forces.

And really, I still side with Empire, but only in a reasonable setting. Space invaders with Force powers and laser technology (and some freaking air units) getting the jump on a nuclear nation with some quarter million of its troops overseas will scare/blast America in to submission. In a worldwide conflict, if America alone is attacked, and loses, America's enemies will side with their destroyers. The religious fanatics will view it as divine providence, and China, Russia (why you mentioned the as-of-yet non-nuclear Iran I don't know), and India will not mess with America's space-conquerors. Meanwhile America's much-weaker-than-them allies will capitulate.
And you handicapped the Empire TOO MUCH. Get this through your lead skull. Handicapping is fine, but deal it in moderation. You gave Earth intimate knowledge of the Empire, unified Earth against the Empire, set the Empire off in South America of all f*cking places, and denied them any air units, supplies, or even some lowly transports. With all these handicaps, Earth PWNS the motherf*cker out of the Empire.
