I'm all for a good beat-em-up.. but the demo I played of AA really wasnt good at all

No I'm saying I'm not paying £55 for the regular edition of the game. (Yes that is the price just for MWII, no extras no nothing, just the game.)

And regardless of how much it will be overhyped I have never really liked the CoD games and this applies to 4.

To put it in perspective, I liked Bioshock far more then Call of Duty, and I still prefer Timesplitters over it.

Also yes I will be buying AA over Call of duty, because I can get the SE £5 cheaper and that comes with a Batarang, an art book, DVD etc...and yes being a big Batman fan, I have been looking forward to this more then MWII.

Don't know where you're going for your games but it's £45 on play.com, same on amazon, same on HMV, same on Game.co.uk.

I saw on Amazon it was around £44, still most of the time when I go down to game, the retail price for games is £30-35.

I've never seen a regular game priced at anything above £35.

So your so cheap you wont pay £55 for an obviously good game.

You must be cheap to not pay 55 the game will be game of the year easily

Lol, agreed

How do you know it will be good, stop jumping on the hype wagon before you have even played the game, all and all this game will be the same game as CoD4 just with some new extras, and no I believe in value for money and I certainly don't believe in getting robbed, you go ahead and pay an outlandish fee for a game that's not worth that sort of price tag (no game in the world is worth that kind of price tag) if it came with extras I could understand, but just the game....that's just extortion in it's purest form.

but on the first post of this thread you said you couldnt wait to get back into a good game od cod which makes you a hipocrit sir

I think £55 is a fair price for good gameplay and 1000 gamerscore 😄

That's just a ripoff. But you wanna know what's the best part? The CEO of Activision said that he wouldn't mind increasing the price even further. What a douchenozzle.

Yes he did, nice way to alienate your fans and customers I'd say.

What is it with Activision turning into cocks all of the sudden? The lawsuit against Brutal Legend comes to mind.

They've been douches for quite some time.

its gonna be good neo. shut up

Nope, bottom line it's ridiculous and I'm certainly not standing for it.

Again how do you know it will be good, you haven't played the game yet, you're just jumping on the hype wagon!

I really wish people would stop doing that. awehawe

Because its Call of Duty.

Kidding.

I think the game will probably a good game based on the developers pedigree, but I have a feeling that it will be just the same as every other Call of Duty game out there. It follows the same formula. I havn't seen enough evidence to suggest it will drastically change.

because i made it

activision are turning into the new ea.

i dont mind the pricing too much, its gonna be £45 most places, but as long as it gets put into the production of the next IW call of duty, if its the back pockets of the arseholes up the top i (which it will be) then i agree we shouldnt stand for it

First of all i just wanna say I'm super excited about this one (usually comes back and bites me on the ass 🙁...halo 3) But even if this a tiny bit like the first I will be happy. I work for a game crazy and our biggest opening night was halo 3, pretty local rural town. Bout 130 people showed up and we made over 200 pre-orders. I have gotten a little over 150 Pre-orders for the game my self, not sure about my other coworkers but this ones gonna be big 😄

Brand new games are rarely £30...£40-£45 is the standard.
