He took one shot that sent him of his board then cheap shooted bill from behind and jumped right on top of him. His fought smart Bill didn't It is not like surfer took the hammer hit and stood there. Surfer didn't over power bill.
Surfer easily affected him while the hammer shot didn't even seem like it really phased him that much at all. Surfer is his superior until further notice.

Until Surfer cheap shot Bill it was a stalement. Bill after Surfer stop attacking recovered and seemed find. Just as surfer recovered from Bill hit.

Bill block all of surfer ranged atatcks with ease.
When surfer came in to close combat Bill nailed him.
bill couldn't tag the surfer will him kept his distance.

Nope. Bill struck him twice but he came out like nothing happened. Surfer struck Bill twice and he was bleeding and on his knees. :-/ Nothing equal here. Heck, Surfer even mentioned how Bill shudnt get back up cuz he's no match. Surfer is far more powerful. End of story.

Surfer beat the piss out of him and then told him not to get up. Surfer showed that he can hold back and still easily deal with Bill. I thought Bill was going to win, but man Surfer handed him his ass.

Exaggerate much? BRB made a small crack in G's armor. An identical attack was used a few panels later to obliterate a planet. G himself said it was of no importance and dismissed it as a small scratch.
and making comparisons between what BRB can do to Galactus and what SS can do to Galactus is irrelevant so long as the writers give no cause for SS to lose control and directly attack Galactus in a crazed rage like BRB did.
