Um, you're not getting what I said. BRB had first crack at Surfer, striking him twice with stormbreaker. Surfer got tossed off his board, got up like nothing happened, had his board whack him then slapped him down like a naughty stepchild.

But it's ok, what you're going through comes in stages.

1-Denial <--- this is where you are right now.
2-Anger
3-Bargaining
4-Depression
5-Acceptance <---- this is where you should be if you go on reading the scans just a few more times.

it wasn't an owning really, it was more of a warning from surfer that the friendship they had could get sour if brb didn't knock it off. a real fight would be much different given the power they each wield.

beta ray gets pretty fanatical about getting his revenge so the surfer didn't want the fight to escalate into a deadly showdown.

It was a even fight by two guys of equal power and surfer won b/c he fought smarter then Bill end of story

To think that fight showed any form of equality between Surfer and Bill ud have to be blind or insane. Bill knocked surfer off his board when Surfer was trying to reason with him, Surfer came back seemingly unaffected, hit him using his board and beat the tar ot of him. Most of the fight is even off panel so to say that the single time surfer used his board to hit bill was what decided the fight is pretty innaccurate and qite a poor excuse. From surfers statement its apparent that he and bill had been going at it continuously and he had been getting the better of their exchange. (hence why we next see bill curled up in a fetal like position). EVen then surfer was still clearly holding back.......

You have to understand, a few ppl are still in this stage:

1-Denial <---
2-Anger
3-Bargaining
4-Depression
5-Acceptance

Our job is to ease them into the next few stages until they get to the 5th and most important one...

It could go either way but the point is no where did Surfer show to be more powerful then Bill he hit him from behind then punch him while he was stun and was blasting with some power cosmic. How does this Show surfer to be more powerful then BIll????

Wow. The denial is strong in this one. Lemme break it down for you:

1) BRB had the first 2 hits against the Surfer. The most it inflicted was throwing off the Surfer from his board.
2) Surfer was talking to BRB all of that time trying to reason with him and holding back.
3) BRB ended in a fetal position with Surfer telling him to stay down or risk more pwnage.
4) You DO know BRB had the first licks in right?

What is SO difficult to accept here?

I think people are making more of the event then they should.

Yes, Surfer dominated this encounter. But this was not a real fight. Neither BRB nor SS wanted to fight each other.

how do you think Thor stacks up to Surfer then?

I like how people will gladly say the Surfer was holding back, but ignore BRB's comments about being "in parley" with Norrin. The attack from Skuttlebutt was not ordererd by BRB, he was trying to convince Norrin at the time.

Also, Thor waded through Skuttlebutt's lasers when the ship attacked him. Surfer got knocked the fukc away.

Nothing of Bill losing but show what part of the fight Surfer overpowered BIll

1. Duh then Bill was talking to surfer, when surfer attack him. It was clear Billwas going to hit him and Srufer rush right at Bill

2. Bill didn't Jump on Surfer he was talking to him Surfer then tried to attack Bill. They both were talking the whole fight so what is you point.

3.Bill was being hit with the power cosmic after he got punch which the only reason surfer got the punch in was from the sneak attack.

4.You do know it was a clear win for surfer but it did nothing to show he out powered Bill he had to use a sneak attack to gainthe upper hand. As to one of the two BRB or Surfer from that fight niether one showned to be more powerfull.

I like how you left out the the baord hit to the back of the head BRB was also talking to Surfer the whole fight.

You make it out As Surfer overpowered bill which didn't happened Surfer fought smarter got the upper hand and laid it into Bill. Surer gained the advantaged a stayed on top of Bill.

I don't know why it's relevant in a fight between BRB and SS how well SS did against Skuttlebutt's sneak attack. :-/ Especially when the most it did was buy time enough for them to run away (heck, even with Skuttlebutt's assistance, the most they cud muster was to run away).

Are you saying Skuttlebutt >>> BRB?? 😮

Also, Skuttlebutt has got all that tech from that organ thing from the first issue of godhunter doesn't it?
