cain doesn't have total invulnerability..i've seen scan that someone turn him into skeleton..that means he is not totally invulnerable..but he seem to be alive in that form..so i don't know how Prime is going to KO him..

Cain does have total invulnerability to purely physical force. In the story you refer to, it is the demon D'spare who strips him to a skeleton, using magic, not just physical means. SBP doesn't have magic in his arsenal.

That stripping of his flesh and organs didn't hurt him. So yeah still invulnerable.
