The only thing close to physical force that ko'd Juggs was Onslaught, and he was a psionic being in essence, so the punch may not have been purely physical, plus he ripped the gem out of Cain's chest.
Never mind the fact that this was the first Onslaught appearance. He didn't get the ability to actually physically manifest until a while later when X-Man physically pulled Professor X out of the astral plane. Prior to that he existed solely as a psionic entity.

What's this? WAR stops THE JUGGERNAUT??? but but...how??
Not according to Apocalypse in the same panel with Juggernaut saying 'Impossible!!!'
In both text boxes he explicitly states this is a test of his Celestial tech against the X-Men's most powerful non-mutant foe. I honestly think War Hulk was capable of much more. It was a single showing but look at how wild Wolverine became as Death.
The Nimrod thing happened though as shown. The power sharing was only for one issue of Marvel Team-Up.
I also think the point of Black Adam vs SBP is that Adam was magically charging his fists, hence the lightning trailing them and SBP's statements. They were intended to be more than regular punches. But the magic added nothing to it.
I think Juggernaut will survive easily, though he'll prolly be a little embarrased.
