But here is the problem Scrib, dipshits equate pointing out Kimmel mislead people with "flipping out".
This, sadly, is also true.

The point: And you attack people for reacting to Trump's tweets, sport.

This is a fact, so it can't be argued. You're free to go on about your special rules and "But, but but!" though, no one cares.

But again you are leaving out context lol. I don't attack every reaction to every tweet. So there is still no "nailed it" going on here.

If he cared he wouldn't of spewed misleading information. Debate over.

And you guys go for people for reacting to the Kimmel thing. How are the two sides different here? I'm not saying you're not different, I'd just like to hear your opinion as to why.

Indeed, this thread shows it. Calling out a misleading diatribe is now "flipping out".

Whereas with Trump, I do not react to every single Trump tweet. Sometimes people do freak out over tweets that do not warrant it, and sometimes there are tweets that do warrant it.

Kimmel is a comedian, what he says/lies about probably affects very little.

Trump is president, what he says/lies above has real world repercussions.

No

Lol Rob, you are kinda defeating yourself with this. And why? Because your side claims to be superior lol. Your side thinks they are above it, thinks they are better than Trump.

You realize then how the "but Trump does it too" thing makes you look, correct?

What did Kimmel do

I just don't trust people who ham up emotions for empathy points because that is literal emotional manipulation.

what if it was real and not "hamming up"? how is the assertion not reductionist?

What did Kimmel do

Gave a tearful speech on gun control. The only problem is a lot of the shit he said was misleading or just plain wrong.

Ben Shapiro did a great breakdown of it.

Bullshit, he has an audience of millions of people and we had various outlets birnging up the shit he says, we have CNN calling him our frickin conscience lol.

I see your overall point, but pretending that a major entertainer in America doesn't have quite a fair amount of sway in the social landscape isn't something I can buy. I'd say more people are dedicated to the celebrities they favour over their president most of the time, and that more people listen to entertainers than politicians.

..you need a citation that liberals think they hold a moral high ground over Trump and his supporters?

Is actually comparing Kimmel's influence and ability to affect the world with Trump's ability as POTUS. That's some legit whacked.

I loved that speech
