Sun dipped Superman vs Rune King Thor

Started by Board Walker37 pages

The probe that Superman fought was easily Oldgod level, which is above skyfather level.

People may not like it but Superman has the greatest range of potential out of any comic character in history, he is the center concept/abstract of which all of DC hinges upon (this is mentioned on panel, batman is also mentioned as another one of the foundation concepts). When Superman defeated Imperiex who was the multiversal abstract of entropy, he ascended far beyond multiversal abstract level for that battle.

In short Superman is a Multi-megaversal abstract that becomes whatever it needs to be in order to keep the organism that is DC alive, this has also been mentioned/alluded to on panel during the cosmic armor arc.

What makes people believe he can?

We know who the Probes defeated, from lowest to highest showings we can estimate where they rank, they have the feats. Now we know where Superman and his peers can be placed compared to them. We also can see how much power Superman had to gain in order to perform as he did against them. And in the end we see that the sundip gave him at least an 100x powerboost.

So, where would you rank a Probe that can defeat the entire JLA? High Trans?
Where would you rank a Probe that can defeat a Herald? Low Trans or HH?
Where would you rank a Probe that can defeat 100.000 Daxamites? Skyfather?
Where would you rank Superman who oneshotted multiple of those Probes?
Where would you rank Superman who gained an 100+ powerboost?

What do we know of RKT. Show us his best feats, who has he defeated? The old Gods? What feats do they have? Genuinely asking.
Where would you rank RKT based on feats?
Where would you rank the old Gods based on feats?

Sure we can work with a no limits fallacy but this would be pointless.

I'd rank it at low trans. Throwing a bunch of weaklings at one very strong character still means that those characters get dusted. RK Thor was above Odin's level. Saying that Superman got a boost that made him 100 times more powerful is wild speculation. He may have only been 2 times or 4 times more powerful. Show me where it ever states that he was 100 times more powerful.

King Thor who was far weaker than RK Thor was able to warp America's shield, which up to that point hadn't been damaged by anything less than Thanos with the IG. RK Thor also had powers above the physical, which means that speed, and punches would mean little to someone that could simply pause time on him. There are feats, and there is contextual dialog. How many feats does the Living Tribunal have? Does this mean that Sun dipped Superman could beat him? How many feats does the Anti Life entity have? Does this mean that Sun dipped Superman can defeat it?

I agree.

In fact, Superman states on-panel that he's been "moved across time"

That "death" entity [b]wasn't destroying the universe like abhi claimed. Conflating being moved into the future with destroying the universe is a pretty monumental error.

Death moved Superman in time to see the universe being destroyed by its hand. Its flat out stated several times that the universe died by Death's hands.

Full page please. I'd appreciate also the prior page and the following page
to understand the context behind that conversation.
Anyway, I always thought the DC multiverse collapse and became one reality at the PC Anti-Monitor incident?

That's the only relevant scene of the whole issue.

Imperiex had been collapsing the entire creation before.

I disagree. Further evidence below:

Nope.

Yea I do it, but my crops are posted accordingly, (sometimes full pages are needed)
and I have no problem with posting a Full page instead if someone requested it.

So, Full page please friend.

😂

Will do once I am near my comics again. Right now I'm not.

Hippolyta and Aquaman breached a probe's armor and destroyed it, are they greater than Old Gods and the Godwave too?

Did they do it under their own power?

According to you, nobody, anywhere could beat Superman. Not even the writers. Do you have any idea how insane that sounds.

He said Batman is Abstract as well. Don't take him seriously.

Board Walker=Carver9 in terms of anything debating no offense.....but its true.

Nope, you're not reading your own scans.

All that Death entity did was move Superman far into the future to a time where everything has naturally died to show the inevitability of death.

There's a good reason why Abhi refuses to post the un-cropped scan you requested, I'll post the full page below.

And here's the part abhi cropped out and refuses show:

Death is RESPONSIBLE for things dying. If things die naturally (without Death having anything to do with it), then what is Death's purpose?

What do you think would happen if Superman punches RKT in the face?
Would RKT tank it, would he be koed, or would he be killed?
Explain why to your answer.

Now the probe is above Skyfather level? Jesus you're a moron. I mean, as dumb as dumb can get.

Wow,BUSTED!!!

Wow, the most important part

So even Death confirms Superman status. An anomaly, "universes will perish, yet you will go on and on". The Quintessence and the Linear Man also saw superman as an Nexus being. Imperiex also saw that Superman is an anomaly. Alexander Luthor found out that everything comes from Superman and in Final Crisis we learned that Superman and his story is the most powerful force in creation.

Alone by this it's clear, if Superman is serious he doesn't even needs the sundip to beat RKT.

Good to see that Supermans status is confirmed by the abstracts through differen't stories.

Haha, what? How am I not reading my scans? Superman flat out States that the entire creation is dissolving. Death is frustrated that the whole of creation is destroyed and even then it can't claim him just like it did to the rest of the universe.

I posted that scan because I don't have my PC with me and I could only find that scan in my post history.

Bravo, you showed that it was Superman's own death. I never claimed otherwise.

Waverider even states him as "Ravager of timelines".

Superman does shit like this on regular intervals. Once he punched through his own death and defeated her.

How does that makes any sense? I don't know.

So what exactly are you trying to prove here?

What does any of that have to do with Superman being unable to lose?
Why are people getting hung up on that one scan? People have seen him
lose to far less.
