Why are people getting hung up on that one scan? People have seen him
lose to far less.

If the story requires it he will lose but we are going by "full capacity" on this vs Forum, we don't write a comic here where the hero has to lose from time to time in order to make those stories interesting.

Hulk doesn't lose either since an Abstract said he has limitless power and him almost taxing out an abstract that was ripping through reality.

👆 ... wow ... I see clearly now.

This "Death avatar" according to its own words is strictly related to Superman, and nothing else it seems:

"I'm not just any 'Death' ... I'm your 'Death.'
Each man has his own personal shadow ... that walks with him from cradle to grave ... and I am yours alone.
All of creation follows a natural cycle. But not you! ... worlds die, universes die yet you go on.
"

-----------------------------------------------------

Now that the full context of what this "Death" is saying has been highlighted,
there is no doubt that it was never referring to itself killing anything but Superman in that scene.

This scenario reminds me of when Miss Death tried to convince Strange to embrace her.

😂

Never change Carver. Superman punched a hole in Emperor Joker.

He oneshots RKT. Right?

I stated from start that it was his own death. Doesn't changes the fact that the same Death was claiming entire creation while showing Superman that he couldn't die.

You are acting like punching through your own Death and defeating it is any less ridiculous.

Or Superman surviving the death of entire creation.

And yet at full capacity he was unable to stop himself from being moved across time. What power will he have against being frozen in time? You're trying to compare the Justice League to Odin, and characters above him. There are actual forces in comics that trump speed, strength, and all of the other powers that Superman possesses. Not to mention that the forces that work in DC don't necessarily work to those extremes in a neutral setting.

I'm not even talking about who wins here. What I'm talking about is statements being used as hard core evidence. Then he interpreted it wrong.

Sundipped Superman had no problem taking Warworld to the dawn of time and moving through time frozen in a microsecond.

No reason why he couldn't deal with RKT freezing time here. Not that RKT ever stopped time from my knowledge.

As we know this wasn't his full capacity, we saw his full capacity in OWAW and FC. Odin is weaksauce tbh, his one time feat doesn't make him bigger than people want him to be. Galactus has been also defeated by Thor, Odin wasn't able to lift Mjolnir, nor was KT.

BTW this is the same shit Surfer fans try to pull. Instead of asking how Superman wins here, why not ask why RKT wins?

I could create an Imperiex vs RKT thread and will have everybody saying Imperiex wins.

Buy somehow Superman loses even though he casually made B13 powered by Imperiex his ***** in every way and who B13 couldn't even harm nor could stop throwing his entire planet at the dawn of time.

Same Imperiex whose armor needed Kismet's power to breach. Same B13 who was tearing entire timelines to shreds. Heck, even Imperiex probes shitstomped Old Gods, killed hundreds of thousands of Daxamites etc.

But all of this is negated as "You don't believe Superman is as powerful as XYZ, do you?"

Yes if the full capacity rule means that we use very rare showings for what happens on average, we should also claim that the Hulk would one shot Galactus. An unamped Thor hurt the Chaos King with lightning, but then he goes on to not being able to disintegrate the Surfer with his lightning. Superman couldn't even pick up Mjolnir enchanted by a portion of Odin's power, and yet we are supposed to believe that he beats a guy more powerful than Odin.

Yes, because Sundipped superman is same as normal Superman.

Trust me. I don't like the way they ended OWAW either.

It was a great crossover until the final issue. Then it turned into a wankfest even I think was too much.

Did you say that Odin was unable to lift Mjolnir? When was King Thor unable to lift Mjolnir? This is something that i must have missed, especially the Odin part. that's like saying that Odin could not lift his own feet. If we use the full capacity ruling, we would also have to say that the Hulk is more powerful than Odin, Zeus, and Galactus if he is not holding back. The Beyonder said that the Hulk was an infinite power as well. This wasn't hyperbole, but what he saw with his cosmic senses. Yet the Hulk turns around and is beaten up by guys far less than infinite power. You can't use one story to make it out that this is Superman at his most powerful on norm, and evoke the full capacity ruling as a means of bending the rules.

Abhi you have shown the truth, Superman couldn't be touched by Death as in Superman can never die. Death used all of its power to accelerate the multiverse (notice death states all universes) in order to kill Superman and it couldn't do so.

It seems some posters refuse to acknowledge the truth which is stated clearly on panel, Superman cannot be touched by Death. Meaning RKT cannot kill Superman in any way, form or fashion.
