Wrong Sentry has calming presence which aids him everytime he fights Hulk. Its the only thing that kept him toe to toe. It holds Hulk's rage in check allowing him to not outclass him physically nearly as fast as normal.....and Hulk STILL beat the living hell out of him.
Not only that, the left Bob a bloody heaping mess and even went on to become even more powerful as Worldbreaker right afterwards...once Sentry was out of the picture.

I'd take Gladiator personally. While WWH was impressive he never faced anyone on his level. It's easy, and expected, to dominate underlings. The only times he met someone comparable (repowered Juggernaut & Sentry) head up he:1)side stepped one and won via bfr (Juggs)
2)burned himself out and reverted back to Banner (Sentry).In a "Slugfest" with Gladiator, accounting Kallark's speed, Hulk may not land a clean game changing punch in a forum fight. I see this ending the same way Pacquiao Vs. Hatton did, with Hulk playing the role of Hatton.

Sadly my claim still stands even with calming presence active. it merely delayed how quickly Sentry received his beat down.....but it still happened, just lasted longer.
Banner walked off to become more powerful as Worldbreaker....

PIS? WtFFFF? Dipshits say that about every single Hulk vs Thor fight that Hulk has won. Every Hulk versus Thing fight Hulk has won. Every fight that Hulk wins, these f**knuts say PIS. If someone consistently proves able to beat someone, then it's not PIS, it's called CANON. In plain old words, Hulk has beaten Gladiator before. Badly. WWH would eat him for breakfast and sell his nuts back to Superman. Hulk versus ANY Superman-wannabe, Hulk wins. Hulk versus SUPERMAN is the only fight that makes sense and worth debating. Even if Superman wins, it's a simpler task than trying to find ways for these lesser knock-offs to beat someone that has gone toe-to-toe with the real deal. Savage Hulk has tossed Superman to Saturn before. Savage Hulk has beaten Gladiator before. World War Hulk beats the ever-lovin-shit out of Gladiator. Slugfest or not. Fact is, there's not much else Glad's can do.
Hulk, on-panel and canon, reacts at FTL, so he could catch Glad's trying to pull a blitz. WWHulk, canon, withstands punches from the Big-G-stalemating Sentry going full power, so Glad's punches don't mean shit in the big picture. Hulk, on-panel and canon, has withstood the force of blackholes and even GALAXY destroying attacks, so these planet busting punches pale in comparison. Canon, they never stated WHY WWH reverted to Banner. So these guesses that he "burned himself out" don't mean shit. It's still official canon that he has NO LIMIT. That means it could be any other reason OTHER than "burning himself out".
In a slugfest, ANYONE other than Superman loses to ANY Hulk other than Gray. That's why Surfer uses his cosmic powers. That's why Thor uses his hammer and lightning blasts. Name ONE person that has beaten Hulk unconscious in a slugfest. That is, without using powers, trickery, gadget, or plot-device. Hulk's been beaten before, sure. Who hasn't? But name ONE person who has fully engaged any Green Hulk in a slugfest, with Hulk aware and fighting back, and beat him with nothing other than punches and kicks.

Kinda PIS if you ask me. Regular Savage Hulk has gone toe-to-toe with Juggernaut before, and even beat him a few times, but WWH couldn't beat him? Are they saying Juggernaut can pwn Sentry, seeing as how WWH barely sold the full-power Sentry punches, and yet Juggernaut kept him at bay, despite old Savage beating him before?
