he destroyed it because it didnt kill arcade for scratching it. arcade somehow was the only one that damaged that doombot. even after falling through the floor, a match scratch damaged it more.... this is really amazing.

doom being as smart as he is would have and should have taken that as good news. the fact that he had arcade in his disposal would be to doom, not needing him but using him.

TBH Arcade brings nothing to the table that Doom doesn't already have except for killer toys. There is probably no way that he could benefit from Arcade outside of being cannon fodder/expendable decoy for Doom. As he said, Doom in no way needs Arcade.

This brings up a point that I mentioned in the thread I first saw that scan in, and is sort of mentioned by Wei - It makes all of Doom's losses questionable and all of his wins even better for him. Because if his robot can do it, surely Doom can do it better. I mean, for any other character I would call this lame but somehow Doom plays the powergamer I can't help but find him awesome for it. He's like the ultimate ****er.

No one has suggested how Apocalypse can survive a succession of 2.5 gigaton** optic blasts in a manner which does not require suspension of disbelief.

Claiming Apocalypse can create a cybernetic device with or without moving parts... instantaneously and without specs to withstand that kind of charge continuously is pushing the boat.

Peak Energy output was clocked at 0.58 megatons per picosecond from an Energy input valued at ~700j = less than a milkshake or a bowl of capt'n crunch to produce a blast in excess of the combined energy output of every power plant in operation worldwide.
Those were flat-scan scientists shaping energy.
For Storm creating phenomenon out of existing energy systems is basic skills. There is sufficient energy contained within the Upper Atmosphere to power or destroy Earth. Storm is able to perceive that energy and diverge it to destroy Apocalypse.

thats actually not too farfetched of an idea. storm has created similar beams before i beleive.

actually this is a totally different storm, more powerful and unlimited power at her disposal. it wouldnt take long for her to create this phenomenon.
