Apparently earlier today, there was an ad for Other M that was up for about 10 minutes before disappearing and not coming back, according to people on gametrailers. Someone at GT took a screenshot and did a summary of the video and it seems to be the only evidence of it's existence at this point.

It starts with Samus walking down a street and seeing significant points of her life. it contains young Samus being attacked by Ridley (like in the pic). Samus thumbing down Adam Malcovich (similer to the cgi trailer but using live actors) and eventually went into some gameplay.

Badass. Almost makes me disappointed in myself for not getting to view it. Evidently it was put up too early.

Looks beautiful. Not bad for a Wii game.

Whelp, the spoilers are coming in and I'm shocked. It'll be an interesting Tuesday. I also feel like that whole dodging move is gonna be a pain in the ass to master, like the wall jump and flying side and diagonal shinesparks (which I still can't do) in Super Metroid.

What kinda spoilers? I'd like to hear. Game's been pre-ordered, but I wanna play it for the gameplay, story doesn't really matter to me in this one.

It should. Other M's a lot more story-oriented than its predecessors. >.>

I'll say this. Without really spoiling anything that hasn't already been implied, it looks like with the destruction of the Pirate Homeworld and Zebes,

the Pirates are finished as anything of a significant threat.

If they make a sequel to Fusion, it really will be a very Metal Gear, X-Files affair with Samus taking on the GF itself. They can still call it Metroid because post-Fusion, Samus is herself a Metroid anyway.

Meh. You never know when it comes to the Pirates. They could just as well make another planet their home/territory in secret, or something.

Is it? Sounds rad. Last few Metroid's I played were alright, but to me had a simple stop Mother Brian plot. Think it was Zero Mission and the first one.

Reviews are a little mixed on this one. Unsurprisingly, the clunky switch to first person is attracting a lot of heat, and it is relatively short.
