As mentioned in one of the comments, this makes me pumped for Other M and what they're going to create from its soundtrack. =o

Yesterday's trailer restored some of my hope for Other M. I'm not terribly fond of Samus' anime face, but the trailer reminded me that, despite looks and cutscenes, this is still a Metroid game, and looks to still have that same 80s sci-fi feel I love so much.

That was the old way. Now it's Super Metroid + Metroid Prime. But this info came from IGN so it should be taken with a grain of salt.

I was thinking pikminlink, the famous Link cosplayer.

Then again, I even think she looks better than Samus. It must be because of that birthmark. I don't like birthmarks on chins or above the upper lip.

European release date is September 3rd, just a few days after the
US release of August 31st. There's some new info on game areas and moves, and a new item called the Diffusion Beam.
