I disagree. I'm feeling like BL is going to be a way for DC to put characters to rest for good. They seem to be putting alot of emphasis on how people keep coming back Conner, Bart, Barry etc. I think DC might be trying to halt that for good.
My suggestion might be how they're going to do it.

Maybe but U dont kill guys like the Martian Manhunter, Aquaman and the Hawks without a backup plan to bring them back. IMO that backup plan is the White Corps or maybe just one person wielding all rings (Hal Jordan).

In theory, yes. Although at the moment, it seems that Dove is also a strong contender for the role.
EDIT: In his Ifanboy interview, I'm pretty sure Johns said that Hal wouldn't wear every ring.....but he could have just been referring to a Black Lantern's ring........
.........Or maybe, and this is a wild theory.......Hal does wear a Black Lantern ring, after dying, but his exposure to the entire emotional spectrum, brings him back as White Lantern!

Looking at that, Hal being a White Lantern, wouldn't surprise me at all.
For someone who doesn't care about power levels, he sure does seem to emphasize on the "difference" between Barry and the other Flash's and tries to make Zoom and Barry seem God like. I mean they generate opposite sides of the Speed Force? Christ....
There is no chance at Hal being a White Lantern. In fact, there is little chance of a white lantern appearing. Yes, it does make sense. If you combine 7 colors of the spectrum, you get white. Black has no color, it represents emptiness. However, the Author (john?) already stated that there will be no white lantern
