Pirates vs Ninjas (seriously)

Started by dadudemon10 pages

Indeed. Pirates don't stand a chance, but they certainly aren't untrained drunks.

Ninja lost terribly to a Spartan in Deadliest warrior, son. Trained soldier with guns, knives and sword is taking out a ninja more times than not.

damn yoo0o0o0 disney!

i fear for Marvel.

Just as all these fantasy ninja films have made people think ninjas are unstoppable.

Enter the Ninja and American Ninja were tight though, back in the day

Oh good, then the ninjas don't have to worry.

Deadliest warrior is obviously the end all be all.

The fact that they put a ninja up there in a combat situation automatically takes away the shows credibility. A ninja is not a warrior. He is a covert assassin.

A ninja is far from unstoppable. A ninja is far more likely to let pirates overrun his village and be slain than give up his assassin secrets. It is also likely that he will have an escape route, as well.

Hmm how would this plan out O_O....Well ninjas...do have their trump cards...You know that group of 10 deadly ninjas? Like one guy even looks like a shark, and specializes in Water Jutsu I mean lmfao come on try sailing on waters with that shizz going on ._., then the one guy who could easily predict their movements seriously a ship on fire full of black flames isn't too easy to work with either don't even get me started on the ability to become invincible , let's not forget that immortal teleporting bastard. Then how the pirates fair to being bombed =/, seeing as how one member could use his clay to form a giant bird and just bomb them and......

waaaait....wrong....group of ninjas...

I nvr took deadliest warrior seriously.like i said in my other thread
mafia beats yakuza?WTF?

anyway stalemate.if the battle is on land, pirates were just common criminals and thus die horribly, like sending crips against the CIA.if at sea,the pirates rape.unless u have a loose definition of pirate, and are willing to include vikings,in which case ninjas are curbstomped

No, the pirate is the trained soldier with guns, knives and sword, sweetie.

It was more of a joke, the Deadliest Warrior bit.

Straight up fight (like it is here), pirates win.

where does the fight take place?

Pirates have greater durability feats.

Lulz.

Yeah. I haven't really taken the Deadliest warrior as seriously as say, my own conclusions would lend me. Seriously. They make some many fallcious errors. I would like to participate in that show's production. Alas, it's not in the chicken bones.

And, hmmm...

Interesting. WOULD a Viking really curbstomp? I'd have to think about this, but, for the very same reasons a Pirate loses, a Viking should lose also, except, the loss would be n even greater.

pirates would have their way with vikings... lol

Exactly. Vikings were pirates, sans the guns.

And oh yeah, the island isn't terribly large; let's just say 2 miles wide/long (about).

It might prove difficult to bombard a 2 by 2 mile area completely. Chances are they would have to disembark and attack the ninjas by land, in which case it is uncertain who would win.

I think that one on one a ninja would probably win. Firearms back in those days were rather unreliable, and the pirate would generally only really get one shot off, assuming that the gun doesn't malfunction. Although ninjas didn't use throwing stars in the same way that hollywood portrays them, they would still use them and other effective long range weapons to counter the pirate's guns. The thowing stars/blowguns/darts would probably be more accurate and you'd get more shots off than the pirate's gun, so the ninja has a better chance of survival. Close range I'm pretty sure that the ninja would be better skilled, but forgive me if I'm wrong...

It might be smart for the pirates to have half of the team go somewhat into the islands and for the rest to stay on the ship, and then the land team could draw the ninjas out only to be slaughtered by cannons.

In this scenario the fact that ninjas are hiding and know the location of the clueless pirates would be a big advantage, but so would the pirates' cannons.

Ninjas keep winning.

Depends on where they would fight.

Ninja is already pluralized.

Not really, Japanese doesn't have plurals in the first place. Both ninja and ninjas are acceptable plural forms in English.

Same with Samurai?
