Actually, I got their stats from the newest (think it came out in August) DC Adventures Hero hanbook for the pen and paper rpg. I can post them if you want. They are about as equal as possible in the main stats, while still emphasizing their differences in the substats.
they do try to portray them as equals when they meet, i'd agree on that.
i don't want to get in to the canonicity of a handbook... they have a bad enough reputation on this forum... that said i didn't even know they had rpg handbooks for dc, so i might give it a look... i like source books.

All of this is kind of different than pointing out that a certain individual being more powerful than another.
Its basically comparing two characters against each other.

Yes... I know this. I'm kind of confused on who to choose for this fight. If what was said about adam is true then I'm giving it to him 7/10 "but" if we are looking at dc handbooks the same way we look at marvel handbooks then I am giving it to supes 8/10 due to heat vision.

I gave my reasons why. Martian manhunter heat vision ruined black adam. Superman heat vision is much more powerful than the martians. If superman finds out what his heat vision is capable of doing to adam before adam drops him... the fight is done.
I can picture supes using his heat vision 8 times out of ten in a fight against adam.
