I'm unsure if what Rob meant by a 'proper match' for McClane included him getting raped 4 ways from sunday, but I thought it was funny anyway.

So the best either of you could come up with to my challenge was bumping an attempted Spite-Thread of RJ's who is known to be the #1 McClane hater?

You were unspecific in your request. Besides, this thread demonstrates that you'll refuse to acknowledge anyone as McClanes superior, no matter how far they are above him. Any non-spite thread will obviously never have you admit so much as a challenge to the mighty McClane.

Not sure how "proper opponent" = Necro-raising an RJ spite-thread, to you.

Have you read the thread? I'm guessing no. RJ made it and catered it to give Mickey the advantage, it's a spite-thread through and through.
